Die Fee ist mein Lieblingscharakter der gesamten Serie und wenn man sie erst einmal besser kennt, ist sie ein wirklich gut ausgearbeiteter Charakter, obwohl sie in jeder Hinsicht ein schrecklicher Mensch ist. Aber abgesehen davon machen sie in vielen Bereichen einen ziemlich guten Job mit ihr. Ich wünschte, sie hätten sich mehr auf sie konzentriert, wie Sie sagten, sie ist so etwas wie der Albus Dumbledore dieser Serie, indem sie die meiste Zeit als eine Art weiser Mentor fungiert.

Ich stimme dir in Bezug auf die Charaktere in einem gewissen Maß zu. Es fühlt sich an, als wären sie mehr oder weniger da, um die Handlung voranzutreiben, und sie wirken gelegentlich mehr oder weniger wie Fassade, aber sie haben einen Zweck und sie sind am Ende doch verbunden, als er sich einem Feind stellt, den er nicht zu 100 % alleine bewältigen kann. Das heißt zwar nicht, dass das viel heißen würde, aber es ist trotzdem ein gutes großes Ende und alles in allem eine ziemlich gute Investition.

Das Königreich der Tiermenschen ist einer der interessantesten Teile von „In einer anderen Welt mit meinem Smartphone“. Aber wie du schon sagst, manche Dinge ergeben einfach keinen Sinn. Ein gutes Beispiel sind die Namen der Charaktere und die europäische Atmosphäre des Ortes, die definitiv nach den Niederlanden schreit, weil viele von ihnen niederländische Namen haben. Aber im nächsten Atemzug ist es tatsächlich so, dass sie definitiv eine indische Atmosphäre haben, wenn es um die Hauptstadt geht, und definitiv direkt mit Curry weitermachen. Was soll das also darstellen? Soll es auf den Niederlanden oder Indien oder Ostindien oder so basieren? Das ist irgendwie schwer zu verstehen.

Auch hier war der Light Novel so viel besser. Aber das Traurige an unserem Hauptprotagonisten hier ist, dass ich den Light Novel gelesen habe und wenn Sie dachten, er hätte Probleme damit, in diesem Mr. Awful-Anime ein Sex-Plagemann zu sein, dann haben Sie im Grunde noch nichts gesehen. Er ist auch ein Sadist und ich meine nicht, dass er eine stählerne Seite hat. Das heißt, ich werde mir von den Bösewichten nichts mehr gefallen lassen oder so etwas in der Art. Ich meine, er begibt sich auf ihr Niveau und wird im Grunde fast zu einer bösen Person, wenn er versucht, Gerechtigkeit an ihnen walten zu lassen. Und um ehrlich zu sein, sieht das irgendwie ekelhaft aus. 😢

You should check out *serenity* channel because your take on Eren and Historia ""ship"" dosen't give it the justice. It's not a ship, it's canon, it's extremely crucial to both main character motivation and the story itself. This is not a shipping war it's good writing vs plot twists war. Chapter 139 makes Eren admit he always loved Mikasa romantically and the reason he never even gave a single hint is because he is a massive baka thundere. This is also the chapter where he admits to killing his own mother mind you. Clearly, Yams gave up on story writing and gave in to popular ships and nonsence plot twists. Again, if you care to see good analysis on this you can check his channel out, but I'll warn you the guy is a bit cringe and petty. He is obsessed with proving some people I've never heard of wrong and like dude... just lay out your stuff and stop trying to prove some specific people you hate are stupid.

In the current Ending. Eren wanted to wipe out all People but he couldnt because even with his Power he couldnt change the course of the Story. It was always 80%. That is what I hated and still hate about the Ending because Eren, the Eren that has freed himself from the shackles of Ymir with his willpower just gave up in the End and just accepted his "fate". All this for "fate"? Even if a lot of these people in the comments and also you dont accept the AOE. You cant deny that the current ending of AOT just feels rushed and just dont feels like AOT anymore. I mean for example the fight between Alliance and Eren: This fight just felt off especially if we look at the previous fights that were planned. And the characters just hve normal shounen like Powers. Especially Levi. In the previous season he couldnt move with a injury on his leg and on the fight he was still on and could fight? Or the Paths? Armin was dragged to the Paths but time still went on? There are a lot of contradiction in the current ending thats just not feels like AOT, it feels rushed and uncompleted. Or how could Eren manipulate Mikasas Memory I thought the Founder doesnt have a effect on Ackermans. And I mean its true that the conflict will go on after the full Rumbling, but I don't understand the people that are supporting the current Ending. Its make it worse if you kill 80% and let 20% live. They will and want revenge and it was depicted in the Anime. In the Anime marley completely whiped out Paradise after 100 years. The AOE was not only about the Cycle of Hate "Ending" it was more to kill or been killed and the strongest one lives. If Eren didnt wiped out the people outsides of the walls the would be enprisinted in the Island. Isayamas inspiration for Paradise was Madagaskar. Do you know who also wanted to concentrate people to Madagaskar, yeah Hitler had such plans. Interpret that how you want.

I'll just be completely upfront. I am not a fascist and I condemn any acts of it. As an anime only, I dislike most of the ending and final arc as I believe it is by far the weakest writing in the series and is riddled with issues. I believe that the ANR MV was likely the original planned ending, regardless of what it truly means. I also strongly believe that Eren was originally intended to be the father of Historia's child and as I was watching the series, I was expecting the reveal to come in some form and was surprised when it did not with all the evidence pointing towards it. Lastly, I wanted Eren to 100% the Rumbling not because it is "badass sigma energy" or whatever you people think ending haters believe, but for 1. it would be much darker, tragic, and fitting for the story's tone, 2. it would serve as a cautionary tale, showcasing absolute karma towards oppression, 3. Eren always fought for freedom and finally freeing himself from oppression would have been beautiful to see, even though he would be likely be miserable afterwards which would have been perfect to see. All this video does is generalize an entire side of a fandom as "fascist, sexist, schizos" and perpetuate the hate and division among the fandom. I know there are a small minority that hold real fascistic views and align themselves with Nazism, but to use that and hold it against anyone who would never condone such views and simply wished for a different ending or shipping two fictional characters is nonsensical. So, am I and everyone else really a fascist for supporting fun theories about a fictional story?

Hating Mikasa is not sexism, and Historia is indeed a better waifu. She has a better story arc and development at her core, but there’s nothing wrong with admiring her beauty as well. And “staying in the home raising kids”, really? Nothing wrong with staying home and raising kids, but she’s also the queen, one of the most powerful people on Paradis. Waifu wars are incredibly common and criticizing one over the other, even if it’s for something shallow such as looks, isn’t sexist.

Code Geass was a hit here in the Philippines back in 2008 to 2011, it was brodcasted to free TV and was dubbed in our native language so a lot of people were able to watch it. They even had reruns during the weekends where if you missed a episode during the weekdays, you can watch it again in the upcoming Saturday or Sunday. If you bring it up to a millenial here they would most likely remember watching a episode of it on their TVs, not to mention that infamous table scene yeah a ton of people watched it and it somehow slip past the censors. Kinda sad when the Code Geass 2019 film came out not a lot of people knew about it, and even now where there's a new Code Geass series not a lot of people here know about it too. Lelouch is the beating heart of _Code Geass_. Even if there’s a lot of neat parts in the rest of the body, it’s Lelouch who pumps energy in, keeps the parts interacting with each other, and sets the overall pace. Narratively he was the crux, and tonally he was the defining aspect. I’ve been scared to return to the franchise after the dull lifeless mess that was the _Akito_ OVAs, and as much as I adore Lelouch I have concerns about resurrecting him as a shortcut to recapturing the energy (and glorious penchant for high camp and melodrama) that he brought to the table. His story arc felt complete, especially in the context of anime and manga, which struggle with proper endings (or, charitably, which tend to conform to much less distinctly Western ideas of how endings should be structured).

Yup, so many people are complaining about the continuation "ruining" he ending, but Code Geass is good enough on its own merits to be continued

Well, I think you’ve hit the nail on the head by comparing _Smartphone_, and harem schlock in general, to erotica… minus the eroticism, of course. Not that it’s actual fap material - it’s too childish to engage with sexuality or sexual content beyond gawking at the female form - just that the purpose it serves is not strictly narrative. And those other purposes interfere with - rather than coincide with or reinforce - the narrative, because it’s poorly written on every level beyond the expression of a primal desire for a harem of “cute”, scantily clad, subservient anime girls and the primal desire to live life on easy mode (distinct from the desire to be powerful, as that would require actual character agency). Like for “problematic” erotica, if you’re already invested in the particular fantasy, you’re willing to do the mental gymnastics necessary to be comfortable with it. There’s nothing inherently wrong with that, but when the erotica starts resembling a narrative work, there’s a lot more load the gymnast has to bear, and that’s dangerous. Narratives are just so much more salient, and combining a very desirable fantasy with a lackluster or incoherent narrative is a recipe for cognitive dissonance and, therefore, self-delusion. As an anime only I honestly understand the aoe believers, the ending was so shit. It made Eren’s character look like dogshit and ymir being inlove with carl fritz was so retarded it’s not even stockholm syndrome anymore. The ending literally looked like it was so retconned hard and Mikasa x Eren was so out of place and was just suddenly put out there just to please the shippers.
