My only problem with Ripped Pants is how often it used to air when Nickelodeon would run old SpongeBob episodes. It's still relatively funny, but it's overplayed to hell and back.

While I did enjoy this SpongeBob special, I’ll admit, I did hate how it felt like SpongeBob and Patrick were the only ones who cared about Jellyfish Fields and didn’t want it to be destroyed in place of Plankton’s highway, but everyone else in Bikini Bottom were too stupid and uncaring to the point they wanted the new highway and wanted Jellyfish Fields destroyed. Felt like they must have really hated jellyfish like they never did anything good for them when they produce delicious jelly in the show. Least they payed the price when the jellyfish attacked and wreaked havoc on them in revenge.

I remember watching this when it premiered and promptly shrugged after it was over
