Had a mx450 acoustic electric, and absolutely loved it. The neck was great, graphtech nut and saddle and a wonderful touch for a cheaper guitar, and it sounded decent plugged in, and pretty good unplugged, but i bet that has more to do with the amp i used. The neck feels more like an average electric neck, which i loved. Just sold it though, i wasnt getting much joy out of it, and my other acoustic was just generally more inspiring to me.

I dont like how it looks so ill be gatting the yamaha 112vm

ive got this guitar. i love it. used it on every acoustic song i've made. it hurts my hand a bit to play though, not sure why.

With today's FX, It most likely doesn't matter.

Dont feel bad bro, its a year later amd ibanez qc still hasnt changed and their entry level guitars stil have sharp ass frets, they need to ditch those pos plastic nuts too, i literally have the same candy apple red ax120 i got back in 2017 amd yes it had it the same sharp ass frets on it, after an 2 hrs of filing and polishing they were good to go. Mine also had crazy fret buzz on the 6th and 5th string and no amount of truss and action adjustment would fix it. Then i replaced that wack ass nut and low and behold no more buzz 🤔

This or the LTD m-10 you did a video on? I have the opportunity to choose either one for the same price as my first guitar. I want to play popular metal riffs one day

Have been thinking of getting one of these for the past year, was torn between this, another Mustang and a Jag, after watching Molly Rankin playing Jangle Pop with one with Alvvays, decided this guitar can do everything i need it to do (seems very versatile, tons of jangle, then can get really dirty which is what I need for my original project) Great vid

I was able to bag one for $151 what a deal, Temu started selling all kinds of guitars lately and when this came up at this price I jumped on it, this is one of those guitar's I've always wanted,but always choose something else,glad for the sale can't wait to play it,lot of guitar for the money.

I got one 0:46 as a Christmas gift. And I can say that I love it. My telecaster definitely is better but for what it’s worth I do love my squire jazzmaster but I will always prefer a Fender

did anyone had ever problem with thrust rod adjusting? My key did not work and in the shop they couldn't find the right one. It is the replacement Sonic and came with the same problem. I love the guitar but it is not adjustable.

I'm getting one just cause it has a 180 minutes recording time. Way more than I'll ever need. Will make recording my practices so much more convenient I'll actually do it. Play for a few, listen back, learn. Erase. Start again. And then maybe as a looper too. ;)

I just bought this guitar from Adorama for $219 a few days ago. The guitar was setup perfectly. The strings suck but I can change those out. The guitar is on the heavier side but the neck is easy to play. Frets are well done. I bought this same finish and the video does not do justice to how pretty this guitar is in person. This guitar is a steal, great action and well made. Does not feel or play like a cheap guitar at all. Gretsch is making outstanding guitars for the money!

The fact that it has alnico 5's in there is a selling point for sure 👍

you poor thing i just bought one brand new here in canada it was made marchts 13 of this year 2024 and its 100% bang on perfect not one issue at alll in canada we pay 589.00 canadain at L&M

At 4:38 it just sounds like shit. Not your playing, the guitar itself. Just shallow and high pitched and not at all Les Paul'ish! Thanks for the review. Saved me from buying one.
