I understand it has happened to me too. We, small business, work so heard to keep all at once working. But we need to take a few hours during the day, just to relax, have hot tea, do some gardening, etc. Meditation in the word of God helps, too. Take care and see you around. 😊

Just curious, I am wanting to invest in a heat press and I am leaning toward htvront. I will use it mainly for adhering interfacing for bag making and dtf or iron on for T-shirts. Would you recommend one you have used?

I totally get it. My hubby asks me why I don’t turn my hobby into my job. I told him it’s a lot of work. I like that I go to my job and I am done at 2pm, and I do my crafts when I feel like it. I have weeks I don’t step into my craft room. So I know I could never have the discipline crafters have that sell, create, do videos , ship items or do a trade show. You guys are rock stars. Take your break. At our jobs we have vacation and personal days off. You should do the same. 😊

Good to hear from you. For me, I’ve noticed I get stress about bump in, setup and bump out, so I go to markets that have cover or are indoors and I make sure everything I bring can be carted in my large cart. It’s taken me awhile to change to a lighter setup and change my inventory to a lighter smaller products.. on those days that I feel so overwhelmed I break my market down to the bare minimum I need for setup and sales. I feel like your setup is way too heavy and puts a lot of stress on your body. If you look at people who started marketing ages ago and look at them now you’ll probably find they have evolved what they sell to a lighter more compact business

Take your time coming back, and 2 videos a week and doing a 1-2 shows a week and raising twin boys is just way too much! Cut back on how many videos you put out a week. We want you to be rested and ready to come back. Take your time but thank you so much for the update.

My littles are 1 and 4, and I run a crochet business. Being a fully present mom as well as trying to run a business is so hard! I can't imagine adding to that all the filming that you do for us. Are the boys in a preschool program?? My children were in a three day half day program. Which gave me time for my business. Just a thought ❤

Take your time. Maybe cut back on the amount of videos you post (maybe 1 max per month) and focus on family and the business.

Glad you are feeling better. You will find a new balance with the kids changing. I had to start dimming the lighting in the house and put on soft music and slowly lower my voice to a whisper to gently get my kids to relax and go to bed when I needed them to. lol. I always needed a couple of hours of my own quiet time before I hit the hay too. Good luck. What if you just did made to order? That way you sell what you have now and then only make what sells. I know you love your business and want it to succeed too. Once the kids go to school you can hit it at 100 mph : )
