    Great video. Went to a time share meeting yesterday in Can Cun for the free breakfast and gift. What originally began as an upfront charge of 200k, ended up to be 1k fee. Still I stuck to my guns. Just say NO.

    People that are against this would say live below your means. Meaning eating ramen forever until you can afford better food etc. Then they will also blame you for being unhealthy because all you can afford to eat is ramen. I don't know why men are so hellbent on carrying the family on their backs when they are held accountable for the fallout of the stress that it puts on them. Meaning if they are abusive, or cheat, or just not present with their family...they are victimized. It's like expecting someone else to treat you right for your sacrifice when everywhere else in life we don't operate like that. Businesses don't honor our sacrifice, why would our wives... aka another human being.

    As a timeshare member, you do not own the property but are required to pay maintenance fees. Imagine if a landlord asked a tenant to pay maintenance on the property, it's the same concept

    Thanks you. Also check out TUG. Time share users group I would never use an exit company that charges money up front. I have NEVER heard of an exit company that actually worked. I went through a difficult time during Covid and gave my time share back to Whiski Jack Whistler Canada. i paid a $1000 transfer fee. Times have changed and now i wish I’d kept it now. Maintenance fees were low. Oh well Whatever you do, don’t buy a timeshare and if you have one don’t pay an exit company. They are scams! ! Just rent a room off TUG. Have a great day!

    I've never heard Suze Orman say this. Her advice is for each to contribute proportionately to the household expenses according to each's income. Ie: If the wife makes 100k and the Husband makes 50k, The wife pays twice as much to the bills each month and each puts away whatever is left over into his or her own separate account. Then again, Orman is a Lesbian

    Video simpatico, però non è vero che non sorridiamo! Un sorriso non si nega mai ad uno sconosciuto. Riguardo alla cucina... è naturale che in Italia ci siano per la maggior parte solo ristoranti italiani, abbiamo una cucina così varia, di regione in regione, di provincia in provincia, di paese in paese... Io sono veneto e tra Padova e Vicenza, tra Treviso e Rovigo, tra Venezia e Belluno o Verona si passa dalla cucina di mare a quella di montagna a quella di città e ogni provincia ha i suoi piatti tipici... decine di piatti tipici... Non avrebbe senso per noi riempirci di cucina etnica che reputiamo simpatica per una serata in compagnia una volta ogni tanto ma decisamente più pesante di quella nostrana... In Italia la cucina è una cosa estremamente seria, e l'italiano preferisce la sua cucina dato che è una delle migliori al mondo, una delle più antiche, così ricca di tradizione.

      What this guy explained is different. Italians smile a little, friendly to strangers and they are genuine. Americans smile big, say good morning how are you….but they are superficial

    • @emanuele_scicolone
      @emanuele_scicolone หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@semprefidelis76 quello che dico è che non è vero che gli italiani sorridono poco... Anzi...! Io sono veneto e anche qui si sorride tanto, e i veneti in genere sono considerati più "freddi" dei meridionali... Ridiamo se c'è da ridere, o in risposta ad una risata, in compagnia, in allegria. È la prima volta che sento che noi italiani non siamo sorridenti...🤔

    • @semprefidelis76
      @semprefidelis76 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@emanuele_scicolone I understand your point. I went to Veneto and have an idea about how people are. But what he is saying is different. When you go to park, do you smile big and say how are you to every stranger, and make small (and loud) talk? You don’t. Americans do that but they don’t mean it.

  • @CristinaPalma-wo3ve
    @CristinaPalma-wo3ve 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

    BTW: since it was mentioned the size of the cars, I always wonder why Americans are so "obsessed" with huge cars! In Italy we have cars of any size, even big, but not really huge like military tanks! 😅

  • @CristinaPalma-wo3ve
    @CristinaPalma-wo3ve 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

    I saw other people added more differences, the ones I want to mention are the following: I'm Italian and currently living in the US (Pa), and I was shocked to realize that here, the helmet is NOT MANDATORY when riding a motorcycle, while in Italy, none would do that, for safety reasons and because you get a fine! 😮 Another difference, is that in the US, you can get a driver license at 16, while in Italy not before you turned 18. Although in Italy, the kids can get a special "mini license" to drive the so called "mini cars".

    I love time share PRESENTATIONS, but not naive enough to fall for it. I love to study various communication methods, and these people use to the most effective communication techniques. BTW: If you tell a sales person that the only reason you are here is to study their sales methods, they will really become demotivated. Ha ha ha. It's like the anti-viagra method. Try it, and they will quickly leave you alone. Oh, must practice saying NO NO NO no matter what they say.

    “Timeshare exit team” is out of business and they abruptly closed leaving their customers who paid thousands of dollars to get out of their timeshare with nothing and they still had their timeshare. Dave Ramsey is the target of a $150 million class action lawsuit over his advertising for this company. Most timeshare cancellation companies are as bad as the timeshare companies and they are a scam.

    Sometimes, when people say they put their kids first, they mean their top priority is their children's safety, health and well-being instead of having a child-centered home. Personally, I think your kids should come first, in this specific way. After all, even the law requires it or you can go to jail or get your kids taken away.

Being a bit of a pushy person when someone wants to push me, I pushed ahead and ordered the last "due pezzi." She was not happen. The concept of sharing use of a resort is attractive and can be financially beneficial; until your life circumstances change and you can't use the property every year. The ownership of real property that has little market value is the problem. If the industry could change to a stock ownership or other liquid market the problem would be solved.

    I have relatives in Italy whom I have visited several times and I would have to say, you are spot on with the differences. One of the funniest things is that people who are not use to being around Italians can think that they are yelling and mad when actually they are just very passionate about what they are saying. Even though I’m a patriot, I still appreciate the beautiful Italian culture as well.

    The Exchange companies are shit....end of story. If your in a Time Share, rent it until you can learn the actual easy how to get out of it on your own. This way you can recover some of the carry cost until you can teach yourself how to Terminate (not Exit-that's an idiot word). Feel free to reach out to me and be amazed at what you don't know which is hiding in plain sight, you just don't see it. It' took me over 6 plus months to understand- I am in complete control, not the Resort/Time Share folks. This is for a Deeded condition only. I only know this condition that I can speak to.

    Thanks for your video! Here are my thoughts - Italians do not drink all day - perhaps on holiday but not everyday - a normal family won’t have wine with dinner everyday. Their food too is different at home than when they eat out on special occasions , they eat a lot of fresh veggies and fruit, small amounts of meat, flavorful pasta but not with all the thick sauces and cheese we have. They also don’t drive much - there are often small markets on every block and often vegetable markets close by. Italians stay healthier than Americans because the walk a lot.
