    Just took this today. Started off well but the sea was very rough. Before long there were people vomiting everywhere and some lying on the ground. The bathroom looked like a nightclub bathroom at 3am! I was in business class so I don’t know what state the standard class was in. Will take the plane next time! Great video though 😊

    • @Albietraveling
      @Albietraveling ปีที่แล้ว

      Hey there! Sure, the embarkation process is very simple. You have to pass through immigration with a passport and some very light security stuff like at and airport, but not nearly as intense. As far as the luggage, there is a upper weight limit but our luggage was never weighed and overall they did not seem too worried about anything like that. There is no “checked luggage” so as far as I can tell, if you can carry it yourself within reason, you can probably take it on board. Hope this helped!

    After 2 years of deadly riots, lock downs, tear gas, and state sponsored terrorism, in Portland Oregon (Buasn's Sister city,) at 2:45, I found your "Inflatable Blue Lives Matter" description pretty very humorous. As for the train, At first I was going to say it reminded me of a '0' Sires Shinkansen journey from the 80's, but it didn't seem as advanced, as clean, well maintained or refined. Actually, I sensed it might be more like an American Amtrak train from the distant future.

    • @Albietraveling
      @Albietraveling ปีที่แล้ว

      I was actually on the fence about that line to be honest as it is quite a sensitive subject but I am glad I left it in and I am glad you got some enjoyment from it. And yes, with all due respect to Korea and their high speed rail system, I cannot honestly claim that it is on the same level as Japanese Shinkansen although to be fair, that is quite a high standard to be compared to. I've heard Portland has had a rough time of it the last few years and seen much footage online to back up those claims. I pray that Portland and the world at large comes to its senses soon.. anyways I hope you have a nice day and thank you for the comment Jack.

    • @jackoneil3933
      @jackoneil3933 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@Albietraveling Thank you very much for the kind comments and exceptional videos, I very much enjoy them. I think most people would like you "Inflatable Blue Lives Matter" comment, I shared a link to that part of the video to friends who are former Police Officers and one, a retired police officer found it funny but too often true. What I enjoy most about your videos are the comments, as they are very much like what friends from Japan and Malaysia I used to travel with had fun joking about. Having spent time in Korea, the KTX train was pretty much what I expected. Overall, I would say the Shinkansen is the best high speed train system in the world, but that does cost more. Given the choice to take the KTX for $60 or Shinkansen for say $200, as much as I would rather go green car in the Shinkansen, I would likely choose price over the better quality and experience. Thank you for the kind wishes about Portland. If anything, maybe Portland should serve as an example to other cities. in how in just a few years it went from the #1 most desirable city in America, to almost the worst. Hopefully Portland will return to what it was, but for now I think it's best if I leave here. I used to be a producer for a news net work, and have posted some videos of Portland during that time on my channel. For now I think I would prefer living in Japan over America, but a long-term visa seems difficult. After watching your, Queen Beetle ferry video I have been thinking about returning to Fukuoka and maybe trying to do visa runs to Busan, but not sure how long Japan Immigration would allow that. I'm also considering going back to Malaysia, or possibly trying Turkey. 親切なコメントと素晴らしいビデオをありがとう、私はそれらをとても楽しんでいます. アメリカのほとんどの人があなたの「インフレータブル ブルー ライヴズ マター」コメントを楽しめると思います。元警察官の友人にビデオのその部分へのリンクを共有しました。 1つは、退職した警察官がそれを面白いと感じましたが、あまりにも多くの場合真実でした. あなたのビデオで私が最も楽しんでいるのはコメントです。なぜなら、私が旅行した日本とマレーシアの友人が冗談を言って楽しんでいたのと非常によく似ているからです。 韓国で時間を過ごしたので、KTX 列車は私が期待していたものとほぼ同じでした。 全体として、新幹線は世界最高の高速鉄道システムだと思いますが、それにはもっと費用がかかります。 KTX を 60 ドルで利用するか、新幹線を 200 ドルで利用するかの選択を考えると、私が新幹線を好むのと同じくらい、品質よりも低価格を選択する可能性があります。 ポートランドについての親切な願いをありがとう. どちらかといえば、ポートランドは他の都市の模範となるはずです。 わずか数年で、アメリカで最も望ましい都市の第 1 位から、ほぼ最悪の都市になりました。 ポートランドが元の状態に戻ることを願っていますが、今のところはここを離れるのが最善だと思います. 私は以前、ニュース ネットワークのプロデューサーを務めていました。興味があれば、その間にポートランドのビデオを私のチャンネルに投稿しました。 今のところはアメリカより日本に住みたいと思っていますが、長期滞在ビザは難しそうです。 クイーンビートルフェリーのビデオを見た後、福岡に戻って釜山で観光ビザを更新することを考えていましたが、日本の入国管理局がそれを許可する期間がわかりません. また、マレーシアに戻るか、トルコに挑戦することも考えています。 再度、感謝します。 より多くのビデオを楽しみにしています。 .

      Hey there. You can indeed take a ferry from Japan to South Korea (depending on where in Japan you are) and the amount of time you can stay in Korea after entering by boat is the same as entering by plane. Have a nice trip!

      Most people typically fly into Tokyo or Osaka. They are a long Shinkansen ride to Fukuoka…. Which is the closest ferry ride to Korea. Be aware that you land in Busan. Busan to Seoul is another ktx train ride. Take a look at a map. Ive just recently did a similar trip over 30 days in both countries.

    Excellent! Very astute your analogy of strolling from Hades, through purgatory and into heaven. Grand class was lovely and the feeling of being a "king in a castle" setting on his throne was just how I recall feeling on a Grand Class trip I took from Tokyo to Hakata in the last century on a brand new double-deck Shinkansen 100 sires with the big picture windows and a huge, overstuffed gold recliner chair. it was the inaugural trip of that train so they had a few dignitaries and reporters on board, special food and drinks and souvenirs, it was the most comfortable magical and memorable trip I ever took, after 6 hours I wished it was longer.
