Conquistador model roller coaster
This is the third model roller coaster I've created from combining several Coaster Dynamix parts together. It stands 7.5' tall with two 4' drops, 11 inversions, 2 lift hills and 3 trains.

Take a rare ride on Walt Disney World's Space Mountain with the lights on. You'll travel through the entire ride from pont of view of the front seat. Personally, I like it better with the lights off, but it was great to experience it this way. The video was shot during the American Coaster Enthusiasts Coaster Con XXIX.

Kilauea is a working model roller coaster. It's a custom layout I've designed using parts from Coaster Dynamix. The molten lava theming includes a fiery couldron, smoke fields, and special lighting effects. The model has two lift hills, 3 separate trains (8 cars each) and uses gravity to complete the layout which includes 20 inversions.

This ride is really boring with the lights on tbh
Rode this in 1986 when I was 7 years old and was crying like a baby girl. My little mind wandering in the dark thought we did loop-da-loops and jumped off the track and in mid air landed on the other side of the track. It traumatized me so much that I remembered it into adulthood. Now as an adult the coaster is child's play. Moral of the story - bring your kids to Disneyland at an age that they are old enough to appreciate it and not too young that it may traumatize them.
Ah, my childhood coaster & a POV I've been watching ever since it was uploaded. Finally going back to magic kingdom in December, first time since summer of 2008, nostalgia's gonna hit me like a train.

I went on this ride and had a panic attack
I was just looking at this to try to figure out how the people mover fits in to the ride. Can't seem to see it too well, if at all here.
It cuts through the central lift corridor, then curves to the right around the Omega side. Before the loading platforms were roofed over, you could see the PeopleMover trains going overhead from Omega's station. You can make out the glass walls around the PeopleMover track around 2:02 in this video.

It was scary for me back in 87....lol....10 years old, IN THE DARK!! Yeah, its just a bobsled type coaster, but the flat turns IN THE DARK will get ya as a little one.

back when I was your age I saw this video on my 800x600 monitor. it looked amazing and we liked it that way. you kids today are so spoiled.
Intimidator 305 (Kings Dominion) is so forceless to the GoPro cameras we have today. I viewed an Orient Express (Worlds of Fun) POV filmed on a tape camcorder and it was intense enough to cause dropouts in filming.

It is a great roller coaster
+bryanna malone It is fun. Went there a few weeks ago, it was awesome. There are really only 3 decent rides at disney world. There's space mountain, tower of terror, and mt. everest expedition. Splash and thunder mountain are not quite that level, because, thunder mt. is for younger kids, and splash mountain is easily out-awesomed by the splash rides at Universal Studios. You know, Jurrasic river adventure, and Ripsaw falls? Sadly, when i went, the Hulk coaster was closed. And only now am i realizing that i'm rambling. Sorry.

bryanna malone I have to say, Universal's coasters have many more loops and twists. Also, they put so much effort into the appearance of their parks, one would imagine they're losing money.
I went on recently and it broke down when I was at the top of the first hill we got to ride with the lights on after about 10 minutes of waiting
Is this ride scary?
Depends what you classify as "scary". It's not particularly intense, but the ride is normally in almost complete darkness, obscuring the turns and drops. If you don't mind surprises, it's not frightening at all.
it is slightly because when it's dark you can't see where the rollar coster is going and that was my first time in space mountin but I'm gonna go on it again ☺
