How to Eat a Paqui One Chip Challenge
This one is just for fun, I put this out on my personal yt channel, but then I thought it might be fun for you guys. I eat it first, then struggle through a lesson on how to properly eat them without too much of a reaction.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND EATING THEM. They taste terrible, and for the price I paid I’d have thought they’d do more for the flavor.
Anyways, watch me struggle through my “lesson” on how to build your tolerance. 😂

I wanna know what to do with my narcissistic adult sister. She is still jelouse about oir parends attention. Of course she imagin it. She is constantly making herself victim and crying while in the same thime telling how better she is than everybody. She is constantly bragging about herself and making hurtful judgmental comments about others. The problem is that her husband is totally with her in her madness. So when she attack me he validate her attack. They are usually together. After last time she have totally down while attacking me,(I stay calmThank God,but I 've been sick for about a week aftr that)I don't talk or at the in table with theme. I hate that she make this dreadful atmosphere at home when she visits. Clearly everybody become stiff and feel block, because she will start the fight. I wish I could know what to do? How to behave in her presens to not let her terrorize everybody around.

I only think they probably have. Because my truth, they probably smeared me, My cousin, I did nothing, I thought hard I know I wouldn't hurt them. They put me down with insults gaslighting and scheming ways. I didn't react, we used to for years, we used to hang out occasionally. They did put someone down, Then asked me what was my thought?, but I didn't go with it, I questioned it Why? calmly said why say that, I can't say because I don't know them. They Didn't like it. Then. they got worse they we older we both are in our 50s I decided to completely cut off. Now with them all & the rest of the family, flying monkeys. it broke me down. I stay silent. I cancelled my Facebook need to, has its still hurts to see they ignore me on they still connect. And blocked they rest of the family no Facebook no interaction. Feel so bad they made me so down, hurt and devastated. 😔slowly getting there. Healing journey look with myself. Resting myself first. Horrible feeling, its like your whole worlds falling apart. But I'll get there, so jealous that one of the reasons over many years, now older I really awakened, its Shocking. 😢😔 I've got a few people around me who are wonderful. Thats keeps me going. X family hurt more.x

"Girls have fought for me". Bragging. Considering you look like you smell bad, you picked the girls with the lowest standards you could find. I like your strategies against narcs but this video just reeks of misogyny. You're an empath and you brag about using women like fleshlights and as if they're interchangeable as long as they have a pvssy to put it in? How great.

They can one up people by using kindness. They can get someone to give them something. They will say be kind after being told no. I was fleeced once because I said no then I gave them something. And looked disappointed because I gave something away. And they said u did a nice thing. while laughing. It's best to walk away and have a rule never be short changed. Always say no and understand they are looking to get something if they know there is something to get. They love to grab I was robbed at a train station a few times right in front of the camera. That why keep things private.

I just send a few choice videos. I had a celebrity romance scammer contact me through social media. What a ride. Entertaining to say the least. Long story about this completely outlandish soap opera I was able to speak my mind through a few Twisted Sister videos that I grew up with on MTV back in the day. First one, We're Not Gonna Take It. Second one, I Wanna Rock. It is what it is. I was 15 years old in 10th grade when MTV first surfaced. I say that people like Dee Snyder were our role models. I may make a joke about it but I simply do what I deem to be necessary at the moment. It's my artistic integrity to get Mt point across when all else fails.

Saying goodbye on your own terms might be a good idea. Dealing with a situation like this during a funeral will probably cause you more pain and discomfort you’re trying to avoid. It could open up a can of drama worms who will try to crawl into your own personal ,individual life for a while. It’s Okay to not attend under the circumstances you described.

"Remember, there's no need to require evidence to justify how you feel - WE'RE CONDITIONED THAT WAY BY PEOPLE WHO DON'T DO IT THEMSELVES. If you feel that someone is shady, that's all you need to make decisions." This is master degree level of an anti-narc antidote. I've leveled up against them over the years and gone NO CONTACT. Yet this quote will hopefully keep me from oversharing on occasion. Great video, dude! [Pardon me for reposting his reply and mine in the Julie Church comment thread, but this needs a bump! Great stuff from the narrator/adviser here]

My strategy is: "Do the opposite." When the narcissist speaks bad about you, speak good about them. Like: "Even though we separated, I still care for him and wish him the best.. ," that type of stuff. Nothing personal. When the narc speaks badly of you, and you're just being respectful, it actually makes the narcissist look bad. It flips the smear campaign around on the narc. It takes some discipline and a strong will. But it definitely worked for me! Great vid btw!!

They also misinterpret your words and then use it against you after hearing all the smear attempts I out right blocked and went no contact so far I’m 4months strong

I did this to a narcissist i work with, there are 2 narcissist Auditors at work, one works with me. Both arent humble and wont admit they need training so both Audit giving assembly lines 100% because they dont know what to look for and dont want to fail. So, i used the other Auditors example to my coworker. I told him every bad Auditor gives 100%, the best Auditors have the most fails. That the other Auditors rankings is low because he doesnt fail. I told him that thats why "Jim" gives 100%, he doesnt know what hes doing, hes a bad Auditor, so the next time, "Devon," auditored he gave his line one wrong, a 97%. After this i started noticing he started to try to fail. I did it cause i knew Devon was doing the same as Jim, not failing anyone cause hes a narc, afraid of failure and wont ask for help. At the time I didn't realize this was actually a tactic that worked on narcs but figured it would knowing how they think. Sometimes I point out about Jim, to Devon, so Devon starts doing his job, otherwise Devon wont listen. Like I trained him on something, he kept acting like he knew it all. He even lied and said our boss had him do it once, he wouldn't listen to the training but kept saying he knew, then he did it wrong and blamed me, said I trained him wrong. I knew he lied because when I questioned him, I said, so then what option did you choose? His answer didn't line up. I knew that option wasn't on the Audit he did. I knew he didn't listen. That's when I decided no more being nice and feeling sorry, he can train himself next time if he's gonna lie and blame me. Cause now he could lie and tell my boss I trained him wrong. I tried. He just proved that I need not feel sorry anymore cause he's not going to appreciate it and get me in trouble.

Me and my ex broke up a little over 2 months ago…. She texted me this past Wednesday out of the blue with a song that I dedicated to her after 6 months of our relationship and saying she is sad with crying emojis. Me and her were only together for over 2 years. But it felt like we were together for 10 years with all the fighting and arguing that was happening. She was verbally and even physically abusive towards me. She has a really bad drinking problem. It ended the night she started calling my 9 year old daughter names and making her cry and that was the end for me. And no I didn’t text her back. I’m currently seeing a new girl now and she has a lot of qualities that I’m looking for in a women so I will continue on to see where this goes with her.
