Ok... my electrician installed a transfer switch below the breaker box. As expected, it kept tripping the truck circuit. So he removed the ground from the Nema 14-30 plug connected to my circuit breaker. It worked… the SEV was providing power to the house. The electrician left and I started my testing. I slowly added back circuits (low draw/current first). Added back most every circuit except AC and pool pump/equipment. All worked perfectly. The microwave worked, fridges, many lights, 2TVs, etc. Sat down for 45 minutes to watch TV... was going to continue a "long run" test on truck power through the night... . Suddenly, the lights went out. Went to see what was up and the truck had several popups "Outlets Disabled..." "Charge Functionality Disabled" "Driving may be interrupted". I tried everything I knew but couldn't get the truck’s outlets back on. The truck would still move but now won't charge. The My Chevrolet app said "Electric Drive Unit Schedule Service" "Lithium Ion Battery Schedule Service". Needless to say, I took it in in the morning and told them what happened. Any idea on what could have happened? My assumption that it wasn't a current thing because a fuse would have tripped in the truck. Could it?

Great job of presentation. My vehicle is a Club Car Carryall 500 utility vehicle with a tilt cargo bed, so it doesn't quite match your demonstration, but I think this will help me transfer the knowledge to my own vehicle. Our local golf cart dealer wants a ridiculous price for this service.

Mine was purchased 9/25/24, broke it in properly according to the manual and it ran well during the Hurricane Milton power outage(2 1/2 days) on gasoline. 3 days later tried to start it to warm it up to change oil and it would not start. Started a case # online and 2 weeks later no response. 9 phone calls between then and today (Nov 13) and no response even tho the tier 1 level person (not a techie) escalated each time and promised a call back each time. They even had the gaul on one call to promise me that if I hang up they will remember my place in line (#7) and call me; they did not call. I absolutely cannot get ANY warranty coverage from Westinghouse on this brand new generator.

These things need to be gone. They are nothing but issues waiting to happen.

When doing the oil change I was told that I had to do something different because it had a 6” lift and 14” rims tires are 23x10-14. I think they said I had to jack an end up to level the engine to get a good reading. Just wanted to know if you had the answer. Thank you For your time

I just hope you guys have no problems with your generator. I have one too bought it in 2020 and it’s starting to fail and Westinghouse has absolutely the worst consumer warranty service I’ve ever seen in my life. You get a number and they never call you back. Good luck, great generator when it runs

Do your homework people this thing is BRP biggest flop these engines are a joke it’s a problem waiting to happen a big no no and now BRP is selling off manitou which was great boat before they got there hands on it hope it goes to someone who can save it sad
