    I can picture the smarmy face in whoever it was that asked the last question, typical kind of question by self diagnosed "rationalists" and "defenders of science" (more like scientism) , followed by a humble look after Alan Moore's eloquent response.

    I was never into comics as a child or an adult but I find Alan Moore fascinating. Im assuming from the video's I've seen over the last week his adoration for Northampton means he still lives here? (Multiple times he's said he loves the place was born here and will die here). I've been living in Northampton for the last seven years- stunned that nobody has ever mentioned the man! I admire his deep knowledge on the history of the place, I'd love to meet the man. Maybe I'll bump into him some day??

    • @jeanettethomas5806
      @jeanettethomas5806 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      From what I understand, yeah, he still lives there, and is active in the arts scene. His magazine Dodgem Logic is kind of Northampton in miniature. But I do assume we're speaking of Northampton in England?

    Michael McIntyre could speak in a stream of indecipherable syllables and people would still laugh. Because the content of the jokes hardly even matters. Meh mah meh muh mee? Muhmahmeh. Muhmahmeh! [laughter] MUH MAH MEH! (hysterical laughter). Meh muh meh meh mah mo??? Mo! Meh mo! [sustained hysterical laughter and applause] p.s. You forgot to mention Simon Munnery, Stew.
