1st and 2nd hard when it's cold? The Ford MTX75 often struggles going into 1st and 2nd when it's cold outside (less than 10°c). Opie oils recommend 75w80 which helps as its a thinner oil. Ford now fill the MTX75 with just 75w (even thinner than 75w80 or the original 75w90). 👆 this saved my car from the scrapyard

Well that's put me off ! How do you get that clip back on ! And couldn't they have put it in a more awkward place. Do they build the car from the inside and climb out of the exhaust pipe when they have finished

Just to help anyone here,clean egr until mint,also any crank case hoses,clean the maf with correct spray,above all,watch this incredible video on how to get at the egr,brilliantly done in all honesty,I was unaware about the top panel,now the video is helping me do a perfect job.

I have the 2014,C-Max I know the panel under wiper arms are different from the car you are working on,hopefully the very clear explanation and telling us about both 8mm bolts you cannot see but feel for,I now have the confidence to work with your video guidance,thank you very much for making things simple to deal with.I do have 40 years experience doing cars vans trucks but not for the 1.6tdci we are proud to own.once again my wife and I thank you for saving us a lot of money.

You start at the caliper that is the furthest away from reservoir which is passenger back not like you did also modern master cylinders have only 2 seals getting somebody to pump pedal you will end up replacing master cylinder

Two things you missed doing on this video, disconnect the negative side of the battery and remove the fuel pressure relay from the fuse box. Besides, the high pressure pump must be removed evenly

How you taked the rear bolt of the fuel pump?

Keep in mind that on BMW N54/N55 engine the high pressure fuel pump it is attached to the Vacuum Pump ! So no need to remove Vacuum pump !
