What sets him apart for me was that his backhand was very flat, deep and hard, it's a major difference to guys like Gonzalez, Del Potro, Federer who didn't have the same power from that side. Only Basilashvili i can say with certainty is a harder hitter than Soderling was.

I agree, Alcaraz-Djokovic will be interesting, I guess Alcaraz has the edge if only he can cope with it mentally.

Tough draw for Novak. Cant see him going all the way. He is going to have to beat Alcaraz, Zverev, and Sinner. Playing those three l am wondering how he's going to hold up physically plus mentally l get the feeling hes not in the right head space. Noticed he's gone a bit psycho and even more intense than normal for Novak in a couple of matches in the lead up to his qaurter final match.
