Installing a set of ECS Tuning Coilovers on my daily. I'm over driving the car on stock ride height and ECS was nice enough to send out a set of coilovers and wheel studs for my vehicle.

E21 had a lot more rust hiding than we intended. It's okay, we like rust....sorta. For now were just cleaning up the car and making it road worthy. Found the large rust areas that will be fixed soon! What you did to make the rest of it go behind the clips? I tried using the plastic tool no luck,the cover is too thick,removed the clips as well wont clip back with the cover bettwen them
I did have to trim some of it up to tuck behind those clips honestly so there wasn't so much material underneath the clips.

Do they provide enough thread to stitch every loop, or do you have to go every other loop?
There is plenty of thread to do whatever you would like with a ton left over

Does the wheel feel much thicker? We just got a used minivan that has badly worn leather. Netiher my wife nor I like a really thick steering wheel, so worried that adding without removing the factory leather will make it feel too thick
It is fairly thin material so it doesn't add too much thickness

Trying to figure out what grille to go with on my 2015 fusion 2.0 SE " ginger ale" colour. Trying for a carbon fiber one ? Mine is chrome top but black bottom one ( wonder if previous owner damaged it ?) Any ideas for good quality reasonable priced one ?? K.

Worst exhaust ever made. STAY AWAY FROM IT UNLESS YOU WANT TO HAVE LEAKS. Don’t know why they use the stupid piece to seal it up IT DONT WORK. Had an exhaust shop weld it together if I could go back and buy something else, I would.

I tried that pre-cut tail light tint and hated it. I bought a small roll of tint, removed my tail lights and applied the tint faster. The tail lights come out so easy and the one piece finish covers the whole tail light and to me looks better.

have you had any issues with the weird clamp in the middle? Mines slipped out about a week into driving it. tightened it down evenly with an impact too. I might just have to get it welded like you said.
Almost 2 years. How is it holding up? Thinking about ordering the carbon fiber and perforated leather as well for my TLX.

Does anyone know if the Ford Fusion front bumper from a 2017 will fit on the 2015/16 Fusion? I'm thinkin on buying the 17 bumper so I can upgrade my 2015 front bumper (just for the look of the square fog lights)
They are a bit different because the headlights on a 2017 have a zig zag on the bottom. 2017 was a facelift year.
It won’t fit. The reason is that Ford started the 3rd generation Fusion in 2017 with a new front grill with a smile. Yours is a 2nd generation Fusion with a frown on the front grill.🦁

Want to get one of these for my car. Love the look of the carbon fiber, but how does it feel in your hands? does it feel slippery compared to the leather? It kinda looks like it could be more slippery, but I'm not quite sure
The carbon part is somewhat slippery but feels good overall. I actually just bought this same setup for my car a couple weeks ago and just found this video.
