so i claimed that I have sleep problems first time filing with VA in 2016 when separating, but they give me NON-service connected, fast forward in 2019 my newly-wed wife heard my thunderous snoring and stop breathing observations, I requested for sleep study and got sleep apnea. Now I got recalled to active duty for a year, what should I do right if I have been diagnose sleep apnea 3 years after 1st active duty? Thank you.

Hey Brotha, I suffer from Eczema. I only have one entry in my service records. Will this suffice? This goes back to 2001. Sucks that it’s handwritten and not very legible.

Will one DPQ cover all knee conditions in one submission? Do you have to list separate diagnostic codes on claim or will they see symptoms of DPQ and award?

How do you know if you're status is static ?

Lab work ? They use that to see if you have anemia not migraine headaches ... make sure you know what your talking about if your gonna make a video to try to teach the masses champ

Hope all is well bro. I'm still rated at 90 percent even though the va gov calculator said 100. I have 40 % for back , 30 %for ibs, 10% left knee, 50 % migraines, 50 % anxiety 20% radiculopathy left leg and 20% right leg radiculopathy. Does that not equal 100%?. Thanks for any information.

Hi, I'm a 100% P&T. My total rating is 310% and rated 100% for PTSD. How long is the processing time and do you need to be in the US to apply? I heard hiring a law firm give you a better chance on having your disability claim approved. Also are you allowed to work if still capable? Thanks.

I became 100% T.P in 2005. I contacted Social Security they said I need two Quarters to get full Social Security?. Should I file a claim. HELP.

But where can you get a DBQ for knees with a current date? I got low balled 10% for both knees.

The problem with going to the ER is that the only thing I want to do is lay down in a quiet dark room. Plus, unless there is someone who you trust to drive you there while its happening is another issue. I was over in the Gulf region service of my country. Supposedly migranes are presumptive. We'll see when i finally get my letter from the VA.

Thank me for your videos... I have a question. I am rated @ 70% for PTSD combat related and going into a Combat Residential Treatment program under the VA... Should I apply for TDIU before and after treatment and how much will residential treatment strength my chances to reach 100%?

I know many factors play a role in your rating but what is a average rating for PTSD.

Just faxed my husbands Initial paperwork for me being his caregiver waiting on facetime meeting with them & husband any pointers or info needed would help. He is 100% P&T PTSD & his main issue is at night. He has violent dreams & paranoia at times. He sleep walks & once ran into a wall tearing his rotator cuff. I spend at least 8 to 10 hour a day monitoring him while he sleeps to make sure his Cpap machine is still working & he doesn't hurt himself from one of his nightmares. Again info would be appreciated 🙏🏿

Great video! Im 100% pnt . My wife does alot of shit to take care of me and look out for me.. how much of a hassle is it to be on caregiver program? Even at tier 1? I hate the va and I'm relived I never have to go back! Im 30 and I drive a truck. Thanks

It was really helpful and it eased my anxiety after watching your content on the care giver program. I really appreciate your work.

I just applied for the program , I know the va just changed the tier categories , instead of 3 tier categories theres now 2 , and now the program is now available for all veterans. Its called the va final rule . Im not sure how difficult it is to be approved . My disability is mental and I may not need help with activities of daily living I require help with supervision and safety , remembering to pay my bills , and my memory . I dont know if this alone will meet the requirements for the program. How hard is it to get approved for mental illness , and mental health issues ?

I can't still believe this...i was able to got 100%/rated ,it was amazing and awesome I met a woman on fb by name jxhush ryn who was happens to be a Veteran and a VA agent who's helped me filed my disability benefits Claim and got my c&p exam done in less time which I just got my claim recently.... She's a professional on the field, I can vouch for her..in fact she's the best

I thought there was no way I would be able to get a service connected ailment but I have tinnitus which is due loss of hearing I was a propulsion engineer which will cover my sleep apnea and my anxiety and depression I have a VSO but that's as far as I've gotten so far

Hi do you know if a 100% disabled Veteran from Korea era and living abroad is qualified for the VA Comprehensive Care Giver Program? I currently live in Southern Africa and I do submit my medical claims for service connected to FMP. I need to know if I qualify for caregiver, my husband takes care of me and help with doctor appointments, medicine, food, shopping. I get dizzy had have prostate cancer. Thank you,
