This video is my second year at the ABR Festival on my Kurz FS250. I thought I'd try something a bit different with this video with a front and rear view, sorry the front isn't the best angle but at least you can see the condition of the trail. This was my first time at the ABR Festival, I bought this bike especially for it. The bike is a Kurz FS250. Sorry for the bad spelling on one of the comments I made.
Suzuki Gladius SFV650, IXIL Exhaust and Scorpion Exhaust

This is my Suzuki sfv650 that I put a GPR De-cat exhaust on. Before I put this on I had the OEM exhaust with the IXIL Can on which sounds good but when I put the De-Cat pipe on it sounds really good but a bit to load. So I put the Scorpion Can on which sound just as good but a bit quieter. I also tried the OEM Can which you can see first.

|It is a great greenlane and it's not a bad bike for the money.
@@L_B_A_42 yep it does what its designed for well.
The only thing I find with it, is that the clutch seems to get a bit stiff on long rides but other than that it’s a great little bike.
@@L_B_A_42 I oil the cable each time out and when I built it routed the cable different to factory and havent had issues with it, but will keep an eye out
Yea I oiled the cable, but might also try re routing the cable as well.

How does it compare to the CRF? what's it like on the road? Thanks
Hi, off road they are pretty similar but on road the CRF is much better, the F250 only has 5 gears so at top speed I'm always going for another gear. Hope that's what your were looking for and thank for the question.
Thanks, I ride a Suzuki DR350 but I fancied a Kurz, I take it that it's low geared compared to the CRF but as I want it for the trails it would work ok, what top speed have you had out of it? Have you had any problems with it
@@esmeben It holds it's own on the trails, I've done 2 ABR Festivals on it and I'm going again next year. As you can see in my videos, The camera work isn't the best on them but I'm still figuring all that out. I've had just over 60mph on the road but it's screaming it's arse off at that, but it's not built really for road use.

How good are these bike as I thinking of buying one
It was ok when I did the ABR festival, I had no issues and I’m taking it back this year but for this year they have said bikes need to have factory fitted rear pegs which I’ve got on mine.

Fez Ahmad Yes I think the scorpion is better with or without the decat pipe.
with the decat process, was there any wielding involved regarding removal or adding it? which pipe did you buy? i'm looking into the gpr pipe... by the way great video glad you put it online.
No welding involved, you just have to loosen the front pipe so that you can have play in the pipe so it fits. I no longer have the Gladius but I took off the exhaust system which is now on Ebay.

Literally did the exact same thing. IXIL and cat to start with - sounds epic. Remove the cat and the IXIL becomes too loud and raspy. Only difference is I went for the carbon design Scopion can :)
Mike A Thought the carbon one cost a bit to much.
Agreed it was more, but thought it looked nice and compared to an Akra it seemed cheap!
Yes the Akra are expensive, but I was on a tight budget but I no longer have this bike, I traded it in for a KTM 990 smt which had the Akra's already on.
I think the IXIL sounds best because it sounds dirty, Scorpion looks like a bazooka way too big for my liking.
Scorpion sound much better

Awesome video, it's always cool to hear the bike with different cans on it. I have a few videos up with the M4 pipe on mine.
