Ouch! In the words of Keith Barnes: "Newtown hopelessly outclassed & too many handling errors". Rex: "Tommy had a horror night", an anti climax to his pre-match interview with Rabbs. "Head down, arse up" caused dropped ball!
Just had to listen to the wide world of sport of theme and remembered “By gee by jingo by crikey…”
Someone watching a portable tv in the audience.. Very high tech for 1965.
Thanks for this. What a game.
Big tears of my countres man.
PNG was out there already show these kids who did not know
❤❤❤ Love and respect for you kumuls 😢😢
❤❤❤❤😢🇵🇬🇵🇬🇵🇬
Robert Tela number 6 is my dad. He’s a Civil Engineer now😊🇵🇬
Proper Rugby League
Thanks for sharing, in the world stage and kumuls has the potential to be the best.
With tears .......... we love, we support Kumuls.
That ref was as weak as piss.. both those players who tried to take Wallies head off should have been sent off .. he was a terrible ref.
Geez .. it’s easy to see who the ref had his money on .. that’s a ridiculous penalty count..
Elias Paiyo, was sleek. Fast for his built and in atrocious conditions too. Well played all round team game.
Perfect show
I can't even grasp the skill required of Peter Sterling's work in 2nd try, like timing of pass, sidestep evasion, long flowing golden locks even
They run out of paint to mark the lines?
Those were real young and energetic players selected upon merits. A repetition of this kind of game plan could be seen these days if players do not lie about their age
Keep watching! PNG focus on Australia!! 🙏🇵🇬💪
PNG Kumuls 1996 team was the best, their performance is extremely awesome. Thumbs Up!🥰👍
Wow🎉❤
Jiwaka hero John Okul. The best warrior from Jiwaka.
I watch it live well done Kumuls 👏 ✔️ 👍🏼
Respect!
That was beautiful to watch.
Australia in 1971 was a great country.... then Labor started to get into power and sell us out for the next 50 years...shame on Labor voters

Just look at how the played in those days. A real team work and team spirit there. More organized than todays..... very sad
The filed goal from Gene put took PNG home with a 1 pointer difference!
Field goal!

All tears for my country men..I love the Kumuls ❤❤❤
Oh 😮 really love the game..❤ png still the best we can do it,go kumuls..
The news wants to compare the 4 peat Panthers to the squad of South Sydney Rabbitohs. They better go to South Sydney HQ and show their respect to a foundation club. Without South Sydney there would be no Rugby League and definitely no Panthers. Go fix your pot holes 🕳️
Unlimited tackles, so why kick the ball, except in an attacking move? 3 points for a try, and 2 points for a goal for a minor offence 50-metres out. Ridiculous. At least league eventually saw sense and reduced incentives for lots of long distance time wasting goal kicks. Union still hasn’t learned.
The classic Kumuls 🇵🇬🏉🔥🔥
