The English take manners in restaurants very seriously. To the point where they will tell you their food is fine rather than complain and send it back to the kitchen.

Whoever made this has clearly never met an English person. What you call lemonade is not what we know as lemonade. There is no fucking way we would ever mix water, lemon and sugar in a restaurant. Besides most of us drink wine or lager when we eat out.

That really depends on where you live. At least in the US, not every state allows employers to include tips in the minimum wage. My state waiters make a wage (usually decent) and tips are on top of that wage.

It's scary to think back at my experience waiting tables and realize how true 98% of these things were for me. Granted, half of the customers were unremarkable, and the rest pretty pleasant people. But, the 5% represented in these skits, were truly awful people.

Well i could understand bringing your own tea bag, i mean i think tea should be complimentary at establishments that are prosperous And for smaller ones they should at least charge you just a little above the cost of the bag and milk. I hate paying 3 bucks for a cup of tea, and it's not even in a full sized mug.

Not so, I have been in the business for years and the highest paycheck I have ever seen (mine or any other server I have ever known) was 2.30..... So absolutely not, the prices might be high to cover overhead or to pay the members of the staff that do not rely ENTIRELY on tips. 10% is okay at waffle house... nowhere else, it's just makes the server wonder what they did wrong/pissed off at you (hence these amazing videos). 18% is pretty standard.
