THE LIE THAT MAKES HSP'S BETRAY THEMSELVES
I've been tackling the topic of relational wounds for several weeks now. Today I go deeper into what is the specific lie that makes a Highly Sensitive Person or an empath betray their life path, giving away their power to live their truth.
This episode builds on my talks about self rejection and the loss of self that resonates with many sensitives. It is also directly linked to virtually all challenges that we experience.
Learn more about what is the life that leads to self abandonment, so that you can be more aware when you're acting out of this disempowered state.

Absorbing Energies as Highly Sensitive Person, INFJ, or Empath
มุมมอง 641หลายเดือนก่อน
Highly Sensitive People, INFJs and Empaths have an unconscious radar going on all the time and scan the environment to make sure they're in control. HSPs, INFJs and Criticism Sensitivity

    Great video. You bring new perspectives to these topics that I haven't heard before. I always appreciate when someone gives back to me as much as I give out. Although that's extremely rare. But it feels unnatural for me to hold back on seeing and acknowledging others positive traits. I don't want to live in their shallow, surficial world.

    Education and knowing about being an empath---and knowing about narcissists (because they are the biggest problems to an empath)---is key imo to not being overwhelmed as an empath or infj. Knowledge is power in this case. I'm a sigma empath. Which means an informed empath. It would be extremely difficult for anyone to be toxic to me without me being aware of it and what to do about it.

    You're doing ground breaking work here. Having been in this body for 61 years as an INFJ/HSP, I don't understand why I haven't figured some of this stuff out myself. And I don't understand what kind of mind it takes to come to the realizations that you're expressing. Very enlightened. I recently destroyed another relationship as a result of overthinking. This is the first time it's really sunk in that my overthinking is a big part of the problem in so many of my relationships.

    • @gosiaporaj
      @gosiaporaj หลายเดือนก่อน

      Overthinking is not a fault. It's a tendency we can learn to grow from. Eventually, the way INFJs are designed gives them an enormous power that's hidden under the mind-body disconnection. I hope you'll stick around for videos and more insights. Best wishes! Gosia

    As an INFJ, HSP and empath I have always hated being treated like a child even when I was a child. My parents wanted me to go to Sunday School but I could not stomach the thought of some stupid sky daddy looking down on everyone so I didn't go. My biggest problem with this reality is dealing with immaturity. Most people are manipulated and exploited by religion or political parties because they are unconscious robots conditioned by group think. However my greatest teacher was my mother who suffered from paranoid schizophrenia and was an alcoholic. I learned indirectly from her the greatest lesson "people behave the way they do for a reason". The sad part for me is realizing I can't do anything about how people behave even when they are self-destructive or extremely manipulated by power structures within this reality.

    Tell me why does our life has to be so hard. Why can't we just enjoy life and be normal. We constantly have to try and figure ourselves out, our childhood, our parents, our trauma, why we do this, and that. Why we never feel good enough...etc. we're always researching digging, trying to slove ourselves and learn about ourselves and others or their behaviors towards us. Why can't we have peace. Why can't we live in harmony. Ppl ask me what I want in life, and my answer has always been to be at peace with me. I'm 50. I'm so frekin tire. I just want to go and live off the grid and be by myself.
