HSP's and INFJ's – Low Energy & Exhaustion
Feeling like running on a low battery is a common experience for most Highly Sensitive People, INFJ and INFP personality type folks.
It's possible you are high functioning or not, in either scenarios the underlying causes is the same.
Today I'm discussing why you might often feel tired or fatigued, based on the mindbody understanding. You'll learn the unconscious ways that sensitive people don't know the limits to their behaviour and often end up burning out.

Root Cause of Stress for HSP and INFJ

    Tell me why does our life has to be so hard. Why can't we just enjoy life and be normal. We constantly have to try and figure ourselves out, our childhood, our parents, our trauma, why we do this, and that. Why we never feel good enough...etc. we're always researching digging, trying to slove ourselves and learn about ourselves and others or their behaviors towards us. Why can't we have peace. Why can't we live in harmony. Ppl ask me what I want in life, and my answer has always been to be at peace with me. I'm 50. I'm so frekin tire. I just want to go and live off the grid and be by myself.

    Thank God I found this channel. Its hard to find anything that even begins to explain the things that happen to me. I have become afraid to develop feelings for people the past few years due to an intense awakening i experienced. Hi Gosia. This might not be the place to talk from a Human Design point of view but I think it crosses over with what you’re explaining here. Last night I dreamt that my scalp pulled apart down the middle (sorry if this is sounding a bit ‘horror movie’). It wasn’t frightening in any way but it left my head exposed. It took me a while to realise it was referring to my HD Open Mind and how thoughts that may not even be my own come into the Mind and kind of get caught there, buzzing around unable to get out or settle and for sure I make other people’s problems my own. I can see how the strength of my unexpressed emotions as a child would have pushed me to find a mental solution, even though there is none. I know when this gets ‘bad’ because I talk out loud to myself, repeating over and again the same problem and why it’s not fair on me. Appreciating my emotions and their process is helping me to balance this. 🙏❤️

      Hey Alan. Thank you for your sharing. Lately, I've received a couple more messages that there is a crossover between what I teach and HD. This coincided with my own insight after watching a video by Maggie Ostara. Although I don't know much about the details of HD, it's now clear to me that the stuff that I've come to realize are very similar to those in HD, mainly the moving from conditioned mind into the wisdom our our bodies and the intuitions that speaks through them. In my view, this brings so much liberation, sovereignty, and alignment .... so I agree with you. I'm actually in the process of getting a HD teacher in for an interview. And yes, I resonate with all the buzzing, intensity, and even talking to myself. These were my experiences, too. I'm still finding ways to better articulate my findings, but I'm glad it resonated. 🙏✨️ thank you

    • @alancarter4525
      @alancarter4525 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@gosiaporaj Hi. I will have a look for her videos. HD is all about taking the decision making away from the mind and into the body and that although the body is considered the keeper of consciousness it is, and remains, unconscious to ‘us’ and so we have to find ways to hear what it’s saying and to allow it to guide us in the best direction for us. For me (and you) it’s through our emotions and that fits in with what you say on your video. For me in childhood the emotions were pushed down and the head forced to make decisions, something it’s not capable of or designed for.

      Yes, OK. I understand. So in that respect, my work is exactly about teaching a person do that. To decondition from using thought process for everything > to using wisdom that runs through the body. I don't believe that the body is the keeper of consciousness per se, but it is a conduit through which we communicate with a higher intelligence and connect with the world. The body is a tool that helps us be in the physical world as a spiritual being. The thinking mind is an important tool for discernment, but only when it's used with clarity. I mean to get more into understanding HD because it seems that my work would be helpful for all those who are using HD but can't connect with themselves outside of meditation and alone moments. Thanks so much for your thoughtful comments. Who is your favourite HD teacher?

    Hi. I don’t know if this relates to me but I find it interesting. Someone called me an Empath and I thought, Oh no! I don’t want that 😂. I have convinced myself that I lean towards selfishness and yet I’ve often been supportive in different ways and yet feel guilty and sometimes ashamed when I do things for myself. Sometimes it’s been financial support and recently someone said I’m good for “holding space” for those I care about. This was a compliment for sure but I can’t tell if I’ve overdone this and overlooked what I want. For an Empath finding the balance between care for ourselves and for ‘the Other’. I know my ‘status’ as a ‘guilt sponge’. If someone is unhappy it’s either my fault, or it’s my job to make things good for them. A Selfish Empath!? 😅 Huh. What do you know, there is something here for me. Thank you 🙏 Insecure and yet I have a Defined Will Centre

    • @gosiaporaj
      @gosiaporaj หลายเดือนก่อน

      I remember when I heard about Empaths the first time, I was convinced it was some BS.. haha. But now I definitely know it's a thing. And I agree, it's not the easiest thing to "be". The funny thing is kind of what you described, that many empaths are full of contradictions, that's why many might doubt. Anyhow I'm glad it resonated. And like you, I've defined will centre and used to be super insecure. It is my sense that willpower takes us sometimes too far into various directions. Just because we can. When we exhaust the energy, but still used to using willpower, we don't know where to get energy from to do even basic things. We need to have the flexibility and trust to work with the universe. It helps conserve energy. Connecting with my body and becoming more defined helped be claim my "bigness". Even if I'm still just 160 cm ;) Thanks, Alan for dropping by with a nice reflection.🙏

Dealing with people always feels really stimulating for me in a way that I feel the need to make myself small or withdraw back into my shell. Being an INFJ, my first tendency was to figure it out in my mind and change my mindset, and as you said that has definitely helped but it’s not the complete solution. 🤯 Thank you for connecting these dots between disembodiment and the tendency to retreat into the mind. This is spot on of my own experience with being an HSP/INFJ/Empath. I have been working towards trying to set boundaries and am still struggling with social anxiety in large groups. So much so that I have been prescribed beta blockers to avoid fight/flight symptoms in my body like racing heart, changes in how my voice sounds, shaking hands, etc. I thought that I knew what it meant to have self awareness, but after watching your video, I can finally see that I am stuck in my mind and ignoring my physicality/physical aspect while I'm in these situations. I'm looking forward to bringing this new knowledge with me into my next group experience. I'm interested to see what changes I can make and if I'll be more skilled at setting boundaries in the moment with more difficult/intrusive individuals.

    INF's process life experiences very, very deeply- hence the appearance of 'extremes', which are in fact perfectly normal for us. My observation, of sensing types is that they do not process life's experiences with the same depth.
