I am having a problem with overheating, i got my ps4 the day it arrived to my country, but after 7 years of usage it had problems with overheating, so i took it to a professional and he cleaned it, put a new fan, and it was silent and new. But after another 2 years it got noisier and noisier and i got the problem again, so now i placed it vertically, cleaned it from the outside, and put a laptop fan on the outside, ill keep you guys updated 👍🏼👍🏼

Never any issues with MCDodo cables ? I believe it is not Mfi certified and often these cables come with error messages and/or stop charging? I did order 2 lightning cables directly from China 1 x 36W USB C to lightning and 1 x 2.4A fast charge to lightning 90 degree plugs .. excited to see how that goes

What does “Auto-Disconnect” mean? How does it work?

You can also just screw the red "horns" from underneath the carbon plate. Then everything fits and the dome is easily attached and removed. No problem there... 🤷‍♂️

Maybe this is a stupid question... but does an anti-dust spray exist ? You have anti-icing... radar absorbing paint... why not anti-dust spray for your tech items 🤔 just a thought.

Good job, just one suggestion: You should make Front-Exhaust box and not Top-Exhaust because 90% of users storing Receivers in to cabinet and Top-Exhaust will kill other devices including Receiver.

Im not an engineer, but im pretty sure that resistance you mention when the fan is against the vents just requires a fan with better static pressure. Radiators for Pc water cooling use fans like this. Good to see your cooling pad sits flat with your reciever, otherwise because of that resistance more air gets pulled through the fan that isn't from in the reciever. This will cause less air overall being pulled from the reciever, because air will take the path of least resistance. Thats my understaning from my knowledge of atmospheric pressures and tech hobbies..
