Cervical radic. Repeated motion for centralization?
what’s the answer
Plyometrics. All leg muscles are working
To become a physical therapist you have to get a bachelors degree and then also go to PT school or is it the same thing? How many years in total?
Id say your calfs because as an athlete who did football and boxes you use the front of your feet and stay on your toes and so when u box jump u jump while being in a good stance like on the front of your feet which trains your calfs, let me know if im wrong
OT is same. I applied for BA in OT but already had Associate degree in nursing. They wanted someone for 4yrs to get more money.
❤
Nice man love this but swinging a golf club is nothing like a bat
Nice job. Small talk for 60 minutes and in the end tell the client that he owes you $900😅
Amazing work keep doing what you do
🙏🏽
I want to become a physical therapist. HELPER
DM me on IG and I got you
Very impressive, you keep being cool
Appreciate the love 🙏🏽
Can I become exercise specialist after physiotherapy course??
Thank you, I've got one more year of school and it's overwhelming to think of all the ways I can help or hurt people, but at the end of the day it's my career, I'd never want to make the mistake of forgetting why I chose this lifestyle: to help the healing process ❤
Can you give an example?
We call it supine nerve glide in the clinic I work at
Nerve flossing/gliding. Used to treat sciatica pain. The knee extension and foot dorsiflexion in combination causes the sciatic nerve to become taut. Releasing the foot back to neutral and the knee to flexion releases the tension. This pair of movements creates a gliding motion for the nerve within its sheath and muscles surrounding it.
Thanks bro
You are training your hamstrings in the actively insufficient position. The quads are inhibited
Standing Worlds Greatest Deltoids and Upper Back Lol I dont know all the specifics
i would call it useless, i would say none, and i would say the side of every pt bleeding clients
Not sure what I’d call that (maybe TRX Hooklying Trunk Twists🤷) but the muscles that seem to be under load are the glutes, the R obliques primarily, as well as the R shoulder retractor muscles (middle trap, rhomboids, maybe some latissimus dorsi) and some R biceps engagement too.
TRX
Trx suspension system working glutes internal and external obliques
He worling some back muscles aswell i dont know which ones exactly. But im guessing the lads are in there and so are the traps also the biceps and forearm muscels. Thats a compound exercise right there
@@blackpulseru aren't a future physical therapist 😂😂
@@thatgushiekid1662 jup. Spot on😂
@@blackpulser so many people who just because they go gym think they're an expert on the human body
@@thatgushiekid1662 i dont think im an expert at all. But i do know that to move your elbow back you need back muscles thats why to work the traps and lats u do rowing exercises and to grip something you use muscles in your forearm and to bend your arm you use your biceps. Im not saying that this is a good exercise for all of them but they are being worked alright
Left forearm is weaker maybe you are right handed and you use your right hand more dominantly
Mountain climbers
Perfect 👍

I have a question about PT school. Did you have to dissect any cadavers in PT school, or did you use plastic models? I’ve always wondered if DPTs had to dissect any actual cadaver’s?
They were cadavers
@@preptgrind oh wow, thanks for sharing that information. For me I would find it really hard to dissect a cadaver, I don’t know if I can do it or if I’ll get sick when it comes time for that. How did you handle it? What about PTA schools, do you think if I go that route there will be no dissecting cadavers?
1 karaoke 2 sled 3 karaoke but different 4 I have no goddamn idea
Lol great job doc
1. Caricoa Lateral Sled Pull 2. A Sled 3. Caricoa Lateral Sled Pull with Tor Touch 4. It's strengthening your core with anti rotation, your hips and glutes with controlled and continuous movement under tension, and with the toe touches idk what the point of it would be other than trying something new outside of tension in a stretched position that challenges core stability.
Love it 🎯
(1) Carioca Sled Pull (2) Drag Sled (3) Carioca w/toe-touches (4) Primary: TFL, Soleus, Gluteus Medius, Secondary: Tibial muscles, internal/external obliques, & Lateral Gastrocnemius
🎯🎯 love the breakdown
Muscles: seratus ant, lat dorsi, Trap descendens Left side is weaker because you can see the left side shaking. The movement you do is a kind of weird combo of a retraction of the shoulderblade aswell as an extension in the shoulder
🎯🎯🎯
Strain
Agonist: Hamstrings Antagonist:Quadriceps
Core
naww bruh its the obliquus oculi superior gang
Strain!
Training hammys, inhibiting quads.
1. Latismuss doris i think u are training since I think you are doing an shoulder extension from this video 2. I would say left side is more weak. Since I am seeing more shaking of the hand and there are slight elevation of left shoulder. I think that may be some unconscious compensation to reduce the rom of left shoulder when it feeling weak 3. So why it is weak, may be you are right side dominant and left side are weaker. You may have some injury for left side before. I think you are a sporty person, may be some posture or shoulder deviation in gym make you cannot train the left lat effectively. Idk
If someone is left handed, the left side would be stronger
It is not uncommon for the non-dominant arm to be weaker. It's not the norm, but it happens plenty often enough to make your statement objectively false.
Serratus anterior and your right side is weaker
Look it up yourself. You aren’t fooling anyone with your I’m a physical therapist 😂
You are training your Hamstrings which are being reciprocally inhibited by your quadriceps. This stops the muscle that isn’t being trained from counteracting the force being exerted on the muscle that is being trained. I’m not a physical therapist. I just looked it up.
Nothing wrong w that. Good job on doing the research
You beat me to it gg just got done doing my rehab for hammy
Learning how to learn was one of the biggest things I got out of college that blew my mind once I got the hang of it… it came down to doing all my work in an organized way so my brain could think things through logically and have clear steps (helped a lot in math)!
...that sucks
Barely starting an undergraduate to get the prerequisites for a DPT, but I would like to give it a try. 1. It looks like a regression of a dragon squat or a progression of a backwards/reverse pistol squat. 2. The Quad primarily, then Glutes and hamstrings because it's a squat, and then core, calves and feet muscles for balance and stability 3. Your left side/the videos right side because of the shaking and instability
I’m majoring in sports and health sciences tbh this is good because I’m not sure yet on what career I wanna apply for so thank you for the options.
