That's why I love ogryn in havoc. If your team is pinned you just mix a few dodges with some blocking and before they know it your mace is on their face :D

it's extremely fun to play on very high elite density maps, indeed!

This is a glass cannon. You are supposed to play in synergy with your group. you are not supposed to survive on your own and you need to be good with dodging in melee while flaming as well as charging your staff while sprinting and sliding forward. I understand why "it doesn't seem to work" for some newer, less experienced, players. The whole setup is meant for one person to get the majority of the kills so he can refresh everyone's CDs so that the other 3 players can spam their CDs and nullify all threats creating a "positive-feedback" effect

true, however, we don't actively announce when we will be popping our CDs. It's kinda like "good player common sense". Here's the main idea: 1. No ranged elites = save bubble don't use it too early 2. Ranged elites at the other side of the map => throw bubble as far ahead as possible (not on you) Bubble blocks bullets whether you are in it or you are behind it, no need for the team to stand in it all the time. 3. Close the distance between you and the ranged elites. When you have to exit the bubble if there are still too many elites too far you have your chorus zealot pop his CD and run all together towards the elites. some firing will also suppress the enemies. What if you encounter a huge spawn of crushers ragers maulders etc 1. start falling back while doing damage 2. When they catch up to you or you start getting surrounded only then your chorus zealot pops his CD 3. In the meantime everyone except the Psyker needs to be killing Crushers. Everything else will die by the Psyker's flames. All in all - DONT FUCKING NINJA ELITE KILLS FROM THE PSYKER. HE IS YOUR CD REDUCTION ENGINE - THE WHOLE TEAMS PURPOSE IS TO KEEP PSYKER SAFE AND DELETE CRUSHERS AND TRASH MOBS AS FAST AS POSSIBLE

@@sodadrinker89 I've been to both bad and good teams. Ironically bad teams are usually those where you pick people because they play a "meta" build but they don't know how to play it at all. The only reason they specced into it is because they knew they have a higher chance to get carried this way

Dump stats are also quite quirky on these two. You can actually dump Penetration on the knife since you're running Uncanny Strike, although usually the dump is Mobility. Flamer is either Mobility or Damage, as most of the Flamers damage comes entirely from the DOT :D

true, i sometimes change riposte for other blessings (i think it's stated in the guide description), My role as a chorus zealot in this particular build is to refresh my CD as often as possible. A lot of damage min-maxing is sacrificed in the process. I appreciate the feedback :)

haha yeah, tbh i've played so many games that my gut feeling was already telling me i'm not gonna make it but had to try. i'm quite stubborn sometimes :P

I do both. it's muscle memory. when I have to clutch my brain focuses on the strategy and everything else is on auto-pilot / muscle-memory :P

could be worse, could be playing space marine 2, a horde shooter with literally no horde and no hard bosses, that somehow only 40% of the community could finish pre nerf. I swear modern gamers are just useless, theres literally no game made past 2010 that is remotely hard. Even stuff like Elden ring which is what most casuals use to term "a hard game" is braindead easy compared to like literally every early-late 90s game i grew up playing.

I don't mind bosses being squishy as long as they have more than 1 mechanic. I'd like it more if the bosses made you think and plan more (just borrow some MMORPG boss mechanics really, hehe)

I wanted to stay above 70 peril as much as possible and reach 70 peril as fast as I can therefore I purposely didn't take any peril reduction talents ^^

Scrier's has a new talent that makes you immune to peril for 10 seconds after reaching 100%. During those 10 seconds if you manage to refresh your cooldown you can activate the ability again and gain another 10s even if you're already at 100% peril (this is an oversimplified explanation of how it works but probably one of the easiest ways to explain)

if you take the shield too then you can probably cosplay as Rammatra in Darktide :D

the sound primary attack make when you spam it could be described as "fapfapfapfapfapfapfap" but yeah, let's stick to "brrrrr" xD

i haven't tried this build in the new patch but in general i like to play constantly on high peril so i can have high damage and crit at all times

yes i main psyker with voidstrike and shards, shards are great for shock troop gaunlets and thinning out enemies for your teammate without getting in danger, while voidstrike can kill anything with armour and even knock crushers over.

I've tried VIIA too, nothing against it I just personally don't "feel" it as much
