Public service announcement: As Americans, we have the God given right to move to anywhere we please. I love how people say “Dont come here” in the comments like we are illegal immigrants. And probably still renting.Everyone deserves the right to go somewhere where they can raise their family and be apart of the community and not have to worry about the things that made them leave their home state. Im a big 2A supporter and my home state is blue. I have family in NC so its a easy transition. The driving sucks down here tho😂😂😂

Charlotte is trash, the amount of violence, car break ends, armed robbery, bad traffic. It’s not a good place to raise children, the school system produces seniors who only read on a 5th grade level.

Thanks for this video. I'm planning to move to NC in February 2025 for school. Hopefully I can find a job before I get there. I'm middle aged with quite a bit of saving and investments. Question: 1. What is the minimum credit score to qualify for a market values home or condo. 2. How long does a person have to be in their current job to qualify.

Charlotte is nice and its always something to do here I moved here in 2020. I enjoy the weather and friendly people but, the schools are absolutely HORRIBLE!, CRIME is off the chain you can blame that on the young kids for that they seem to love shooting and killing people. We just had a sniper but, it turned out to be a 16 and 18 year old going around just shooting random people. And there are no JOBS!!! you'll find a job but, it will take forever! All the big companies like Bank of America, Novant Health, Atrium are laying off. I know people who have been looking for jobs for over a year! I also know people are starting to leave Charlotte. I truly dont think they were ready for the overwhelming amount of people/growth within such a short period of time.

Yeah But NODA isn't all that it's cracked up to be. It WANTS to be an art district but falls flat in many ways. 1st...only I street, Davidson, that has the bars and restaurants. 2nd...there is no art anywhere to be seen on that street and not really in the area at all. The restaurants are few and just Okay. Noda needs to clear out the grungy scene and class it up by seeking those interested in opening some small private art galleries. The area would be better served by offering up some nice cafés, sandwich shoppes, and decent eateries and restaurants. Then, it could possibly live up to it's name.
