7 year old video and this rig still looking nicer than mine that I bought LOL. I love the hoses on the back set up that's freaking awesome. I got an 8ft with a gx690 and gx200 softwash. I can only dream of what its like to just have straight degreaser coming out of a hose lmao, manually applying and mixing it SUCKS!!!!

Bought a kickass rig from a guy yesterday. Its brand new but he wants a skid so I was at right place right time and scored big time. It doesn't have a proportion system at all. I was like dude are you running this badass rig and batch mixing wtf? He is running 2 step. Explained that all of these proportion systems are single points of failure and hates them. He said they all suck and all break and all leave you hangin in the middle of a job. I guess we dont see that on youtube, just how cool it is LOL. But he is right about single points of failure and I totally get it. So Im just going to run my soft wash at 6% full time and downstream with my gx690 and control chem with the injector and tips until someone can put together a bullet proof remote valve that wont fail.

NO pressure washing trailer is EVER done. As you build a trailer your already rebuilding the entire system in your head.

Is there a reason you don't have and signage on the trailer? DOT numbers? Truck and trailer weight looks heavy.

Ive been using a Simpson 4gpm 4200psi with a CAT pump that I got from lowes believe it or not about 10 and years ago and its worked like a champ, (knock on wood), just a side business so it definitely doesn't get used every day but still. I used to get upset about not getting off the truck after I was off the truck for a year. It's not everything to get off the truck. I work about 6-12 days a month and make about 140k gross.

I know a guy complaining about my prices being to cheap. He does like 30k/yr-40kmax in gross sales and probably takes home about 24k after expenses. I however have a setup going on his whole years gross income and that doesent even include the truck I have.

Are those UN dot approved tanks to transport sh in?🧐😂 In all seriousness, do you have your hazmat endorsement with your cdl? If so, is that what allows you to carry such a high volume of SH? I have been trying to get realistic facts on this, everywhere I turn tell me it has to be in UN DOT approved tanks which are CRAZY hard to get and expensive, also as soon as you drill a hole for a bulkhead or drop tube it is no longer legal… as 100 gal SH tanks are all the DOT covers/will allow to transport if you do not have a hazmat CDL. I’d love to pick your brain if you knew, or if you are just flying under the radar like so many others. Guy in GA just got hit with a $55k fine recently.. I think all the publicity that southeast pressure washing and those other two brought to social media is making it harder lol

I apologize for your experience with your FlowPro system. Most people have great success with their system with very few problems. I wish you would have contacted me regarding your concerns like you did when you pinched the wires creating a short in the system. I maybe could have helped resolve any issue you were having. I will say this though the Schertz box works well. I had three of them before developing the FlowPro and never had a problem. Thanks

No hate and I'm no expert but your explanation is based on the injector and not the function of the flow pro, if the ball valve is opening and closing that has nothing to do with the flow pro. I personally have 2 off them 1 on a 5gpm and 1 on a 10 gpm and never experienced what you trying to explained

Hey there, if you are going half inch on the jumper hose, would you not go half inch on the fittings as well my brother?

Are you still getting plenty of volume on the rinse with your ball valve on the loop versus the side?

Dan sweed makes the best ones they work flawlessly. They not cheep but very worth it.
