unfortunately with my boy twitch it's so easy to reach the cap because of stealth boost so I ended up building damage, but most of the damage items do have atk speed so value gained is less. He's so weak early game though because he doesnt have any real abilities. So late game can be ok if played right but a lot of the time I feel that the cap is to slow and I will get killed in a team fight right away because I can't really get away with him, being able to defend myself with a faster atk speed would help alot.

It's not that the character feels BAD with the AS cap, it's that the game is fun to play when it can reward high APM (AS) at least sometimes. For me Kog/Ashe/Kayle is really lame without lethal tempo.

I personally believe that hitting the champ Yuumi is sitting on with hard CC should eject her off of them (like kled passive) and put her W on a very short CD (like around 1 second). There should also be a feature to remove a leeching ally Yuumi from your champ. I had a game where the Yuumi spontaneously forced the toplaner to share his xp and bot was just left to rot alone. If she could leech jg camp xp, then that Yuumi most def wouldn't be doing anything else in that game.

It makes no sense. I need to specifically build other things on ashe because that dumb attack speed cap. While q is active she should go beyond that, it is just pure low iq garbage. Uhhh mid might be the easiest role in the game. Short lanes, easy wave clear, no real wave manipulation. No 2v2 skirmishes. You just clear your lane and roam.

Support as a role is the equivalent to EU as a server, specialising in macro, grouping and information.

corrupting pot take is whatever but to say adc caused ravenous problem cuz of auto attacks is just stupid. for the most part it was just samira that caused it to be broken and guess what, her abilities were the problem so either way ravenous would work. problem i saw and played was assassins getting perma sustain because they do so much dmg that they heal all their hp back

I like how he reasons that mages being forced to take Ravenous Hunter (Spell Vamp ver.) could be a bad thing, like half of all mages don't also take Rabadon's+Zhonya's every game. At that point why not just remove Zhonya's and make Stasis a Summoner Spell? (/joking)

This would be a lot easier to parse if you just outright told us what you think laning should be. As others have noted item/rune removal and nerfs suggest you don't want early sustain through non-kit sources, but then you buff/add runes that...become mandatory because you removed the aforementioned things? You don't want a potion that gives health and mana; biscuits are allowed to stay. You don't want omnivamp; Fleet Footwork, Absorb Life, Second Wind, and Doran's Shield become priority on anyone able to fit them in. It's not WHY you removed things that confuse people; it's the self-defeating back and forth.

i mean i agree with the corrupting potion bit, it was stupid and had to go for game health, but idk what mr augustus is smoking when he said "counterintuatively buffing grievous wounds buffed sustain" i feel what you're trying to say is rather "counter intuatively buffing grievouw wounds buffs champions like aatrox, vladimir and warwick, because unlike most champions they will sustain through grievouw wounds even if its 80%" but i will never be sure what mr augustus means... as for ravenous hunter: idgaf but give us back ingenious hunter at least that shit was fun and created unique playstyles rather then "well i just heal 10% more so my odds of winning fights is a good chunk higher too"

Re-add Ravenous hunter, giving it the Spellvamp instead of Omni, in replacement of Relentless Hunter. The latter is just a shit rune now, assasins now prefer to take the gold one to reach items earlier and supports, Warmogs. Besides, Relentless didn't even have any proper changes to it (beside the nerf from base 5 to 0 movespeed at 0 stack, in 14.10), since patch 10.20 of SEASON 10. They removed Predator already, so why lazy now?

For our next update we removed all mana costs, we didn't like it because that could come into conflict with our esports replay reels. We also removed Azir as a pretty big nerf because we didn't like him. Please be sure to by the Glippy Schibbity legendary item, which heals you for 1000 hp if you damage three opponents within ten seconds. Recommended for a high skill based champ like Yone.

i liked pot, but it felt like such a contrast to the doran itens. doran's gives tou some nice stats for the early game. pot was a temporary boost when you consumed it and that implies 2 problems: 1- it isn't really temporary since mana and HP don't go away until you take damage(HP) or use abilities(mana). 2- pot also applied burn when you damaged enemies. which is in fact, a temporary boost, if you don't capitalize when it's active, you just loose it. however, you can just save the effect for when it's needed, which means that in fights and skirmishers it would be a straight up damage boost. pot's problem is that it did too much with a very forgiving downside, it definetly felt stronger than most of the doran itens, I believe there wasn't a healthy middle ground between pot and doran's because they are so distinct from each other.

I just dont understand what was point of corki rework, like he is suposed to be played as adc now but he is not, he is still midlaner but he lacks any fun interaction with his package being removed, its just boring farm bot, only thing i can think of is riot forcing this meta where they wanted him to build ad so he is good pick with ap junglers but thats even worse since this is the worst meta i have experienced in mid since i started playing in season 9, in jg its fun picking brand and other ap junglers but that mid state is just pure frustration, to play it and to watch it in pro scene too…

This is a pathetic approach. The task of balancing something is to make it have a comparably high chance of winning as everything else that the balance was about. This means that if a character has a good chance of winning and is picked often, its strength should be reduced to the strength of a character who wins and is picked less often. THIS is balance!

So the issue is money... just make skins for swarms, (or dlc characters. It's PVE so its not like its pay to win necessarily) then you have the reason to make it permanent. The vampire survivors game is already established, yes work needs to be done to convert league to it but i definitely think its worth the while to keep it around, its not so stressful and toxic. (like league normally is) I think it would fit right in there with ARAM and TFT.
