    Awesome video! So much great information! I remember trying to do handstands, and the closest I got was headstand. But there was so much pressure on the top of my head, it became painful. Any thoughts on what I was doing wrong, or what I need to improve?

    We're learning this machine in sunny Victoria, BC and loving it. Any extra tips for the dive bomb in to bicep stand on hands part? Thanks for sharing this fun and challenging machine! :D

      So glad to hear! For the bicep stand, the base can help lift the flyers hips up by straightening their legs. Let me know if that does the trick!

    these are great. warmups are often overlooked when it comes to acro. a little bit of stretching can go a long way to prevent injury and increase performance.
