Dude, what happened to your eyes and mind, the graffiti is way better looking then all the empty cans and garbage left by all the old miners that destroyed so much land that you don't even comment on..😢
@G32G22 I disagree. The miners made history the vandals destroy history. Most of these old places would still be standing if someone didn't vandalize them. I enjoy the miner's trash more than graffiti.
@offroad801 well, like I wrote, what happened to your mind? I will help, over 300,000 mines, just in Arizona, Nevada and California, trees use to cover those states that were completely "raped" from those states and every state east of them. Then at every single mine, they left all their trash and toxic chemicals. Then whatever(at least 99% ) that were left with all equipment, machinery and valuables were removed by the agencies knownas forest service and other 3letter businesses. And whatever else that would be left would be flattened, adits barred and sealed , dynamited, sprayfoam filled with rocks and or bulldozed closed. Bro, not sure what rock you been sleeping under, but it's time to wake up.
I live in Ogden. I have a friend who has a ghost in her house of a creepy little boy. So I know of one active ghost haha

@helenarubio3371 Thanks. I've been wanting to use that song 🎵.
Your little can @ 10:37 once held condensed milk. Most of rural Nevada had no electricy until after WW II, and refrigeration was uncommon. Condensed milk would keep until opened. People would punch a small hole in the can so as they could pour a small amount into their coffee.

Most of the canyon is private property. I ran into a few guys who were working cattle up there, and they told me that from the old city hall, if you look up and to the south at the mountain, you can sometimes see smoke coming out from one of the old mines which caught fire decades and decades ago, which contributed to the downfall of Spring Canyon. Unfortunately, we couldn't see it that day.
@@Cyberriian1 Right after I filmed there. The news talked about a mine fire on the other side of town. Another fire that has been burning for decades. Crazy 🤪.

@Esightseeingtheuk They are. 👍 So much fun being around them. The US is pretty cool 😎. I hope one day you might be able to visit. I know you would have a blast.
Back in the early 80s, I was down there and I'm not sure if it was the mine you first went to or not . But there was one my Grandpa and I went into that as we got back into we had to walk around what appeared to be an air shaft . But the shaft didn't go up to the surface. It was just the hole in the floor. Thank you very much for another amazing video.
@RaymondNiesporek It could have been. I think in the 90s, they turned the back side of that mountain into an open pit mine. It's all gone now. So it probably tied into some of that 🤔.
