Unboxing my Cosgear Moving Ears! Cosear review
Hey everyone, I am back with another video showing you cosgear ears! this isn't sponsored this came out of my own money I waited I think a month for it to arrive in Australia, these are amazing moving ears for cosgear or pet play whatever you want to use them for, there so comfortable magnets are unbelievably strong, you have to force it off sometimes it can be hard but that could just be me as I am disabled and have weak hands, the headband stays on amazingly. I have owned my cosgear for a few months before posting this and I have no negative stuff to say about it, it uses a common charger that is easy to buy if it breaks, it has never not worked for me or played up for me i can go days without charging and it still stays alive, wow! these ear covers are adorable too i hope they come out with more soon, the ear covers as you can see are basic ones nothing too fancy like you can get off Etsy but they still look very good! this was an amazing buy, i cant wait to use them for cosplay!

Yes I can have a job just work less hours many disabled people have jobs either it's just stacking storage or register work :) desk work can be very good for people too As for the size I'm not exactly sure I was quite young when I got this diagnosis and I don't know if it says on my medical forms

I’m thinking about asking my doctor about dexidrine im on adderall right now and I think the Levo amphetamine is causing bad side effects. When it crashes I turn into this paranoid psychotic gorilla with 0 rationality I’ve heard dexidrine is much smoother and has less of a harsh come down idk tho.
Hey
I'm 28 just got prescribed it two weeks ago. Aspen dexamfetamine sulfate 5mg. Its what they give us in Australia. They want me to take 6 a day on day 20. I feel weird. The come down isnt good. But least i can sit still. I often offended people by saying inappropriate things and just walking out mid conversation so they shun me and I couldn't sit still or finish anything before. Thank you i wanted to see what other people like me are like on it. Because its too early for me to tell much. My moods everywhere but i can least focus more.
Is the aspen dex the same as the stuff she is taking? Iv just been prescribed aspen dex here in Sydney and wondering if it's the same drug as she's talking about
How long did it take for you to get them? I ordered mine in December and they had some problems with the plastic parts and had to reorder and remake them. They say that they'll be shipped out on May 11th so I'm hoping so! They're for one of my friends and I know she's going to absolutely adore them!! You look adorable btw honey 😊
Their very transparent and I love how they keep you updated! I can't remember right now sorry but don't worry when they say they will ship at a date they will with my batch there was issues so they slept in the factory to work hard to get it out by the date, over pushing them selves definitely but they really try to aim for the shipping date, they had 2 weeks left till the shipping date with mine and were Ave 3000 orders done a day from memory they made it which was amazing! Don't worry about how long just know they test products before their packaged to make sure they do work and mine came close to fully charged when arrived which was surprising
@@skyechats6276 Thank You Honey! And Yes I Like That They Keep You Updated As Well,Very Good Quality To Have In A Company.
31 years old and I've recently been diagnosed with ADHD, 20 mgs of Ritalin, which seems to be doing nothing for my "befuzzled" thoughts, although it does help with anxiety a bit. I really want to try Dexaphentamine instead because I keep hearing it's better for ADD-ADHD adults. Thanks for sharing your experience and the head's up about symptoms =)
My experience was that immediate release tablets (5 mg) of dexamphetamine last several hours longer than immediate-release Ritalin tablets (10 mg methylphenidate). IMO, Dexamphetamine also has a more potent spectrum of effect. My dose of dexamphetamine was 10 mg on rising at 6:00 am and 5 mg or 10 mg before lunch (with 3-days drug free each week). Here in Australia, methylphenidate products are available as immediate release, extended-release (Concerta) and long-release (Ritalin LA). There is no long-release preparation of dexamphetamine. I liked this as it markedly reduced the risk of insomnia. I guess you've tried dexamphetamine by now--how did it go for you?
Sorry for you ...
Seeing something and walking out the door. ADHD hahha
I am on it too. It starts off good, but after some time I start feeling quite stressed/anxious. My BP rises too.
Awesome video super fun!
Thank you for your feedback it means a lot!
Any feedback on today's video?? can you tell i was in a adhd hyper mood 🤣🤣
I am afraid, I am going to start taking these med, and I hope that it works for me.
As you would know keep good communication with your doc
Its weird because ive heard from other people that when they start meds they notice a really big difference. Im taking dex (15 mg a day) but I don't notice that big of a difference. I feel like I'm generally more focussed and less chaotic and more aware of when I'm being hyper (but that might also just be because of my diagnosis) also I'm more tired in the evening, but the changes are not that different that I can really point out specific things . For me I haven't really noticed any side symptoms or sadness (I do feel more upset for a few days when I go off them, for example if I cant get my new prescription in time). But overall the fact that I don't notice that much difference makes me worried that its not working or what if I'm misdiagnosed? (imposter syndrome at it again) which is also why I'm nervous to bring it up to my psych ("what if I don't have add but I'm actually just lazy its my own fault yadayada")
Do you take them whenever you need to do work and need to really focus, or do you just take them daily?
Lol, i somehow missed the 15mg A DAY part. But have you felt it get less effective overtime? For me it sorta felt like it, but also the appetite issues also lessened.
@@bigboyboris150 Drug holidays of 3 days per week, on your least demanding days, help to maintain optimum effectiveness of this type of medication. BTW, is being on 15 mg daily an issue? What dosage did you find worked best for you?

Thank you for the comment!!
it was night and day difference once i started adderal (mix of dextroamphetamine salts) after finally being diagnosed with adhd in my mid 30’s. i expected a sudden energy rush, but instead, I calmed down, became more relaxed, became way less impulsive, could focus on prioritizing one task at a time due to hyperfocus, and my thoughts finally went from a mile a minute to a normal pace. It costs me around $35 per month, but is worth it. keep in mind, no two people will have the same results with any given problem or its many solutions nor side effects that result, but i wish everyone luck.
Thanks! I really appreciate hearing your experience.
Thank you for the comment ☺️
Thank you for this. Tomorrow is my first day and this really helped
How has it been for you?
Game Changing, It's like a space between my thoughts. I don't have that many side effects, Loss of appetite maybe. that's about it. I take it at 8am and it peaks around 11. I'm slowly starting to notice the difference. The only downside is I feel very guilty when I wake up that I have to take it to feel " Normal"
@@shaundaviess I'm so glad it's been good for you!!
After taking dexamphetamine for about a year in 2016, can say that for me at least, it was definitely not a sustainable medication. The effects on my sleep, mood and appetite were definitely not worth the improvement to my concentration or motivation.
This is sad to hear, I was going to start taking the med, but the side effects seems like it is not worth it.😢 Was really hoping that it would cure me.
I found personally that it actually diminished my ability to concentrate and focus on the same thing for anything longer than a very short duration of time, which is contrary to what the medication is supposed to do. I agree in terms of eating and sleeping, as I lost a considerable amount of weight, was staying up to 3 am practically every night, mood was dreadful when the effects had worn off. Despite this, I stayed on them for quite some time, but think this is only so because of the euphoria that comes with taking them. They’re extremely addictive and by far the most debilitating meds I’ve ever been on to treat ADHD.
Started on Elvanse (Was good, didn't last long and wasn't as effective). Started on Ritalin (Insane focus, personality killer, felt tired and didn't last long. One of the scariest side effects were blurred vision) My last one Dexamfetamine. I love this medication, barely any side effects other than being tired after the crash, I'm on 5mg probably will be my permanent meds for life at this point. Update: 4 months later on Dexamfetamine, or Amfexa (the brand name, I'm taking) been taking 5mg daily, around the first month bumped up to 10mg and have been on it ever since, my impulsivity made me develop a lot of problems such as binge eating disorder, substance abuse such as weed, nicotine, occasionally alcohol. This was mostly due to the self medicating before my ADHD diagnosis. So what has changed? - Binge eating disorder and unhealthy habits have been eliminated. - Substance abuse disorder has been reduced dramatically, whilst I still intake a lot of caffeine and nicotine daily (Vaping and coffee), I no longer smoke cigarettes, weed etc. - Better formulation of daily routine. My schedule was always clunky and I was relatively a slob, but now it's been much easier to be productive and organised - Weight loss, due to the side effects of most ADHD medication and a reduction in my impulsivity, common ones include lack of sleep, reduced appetite, cold hands/feet, whilst it differentiates for everyone. The reduced appetite will most likely aid in weightloss, in my case I lost 30kg in a year since my diagnosis, the first 6 months being from different trials of medication such as Adderal > Ritalin and my final one being Dexamfetamine. - Increased overall focus Drawbacks Sleeping is still incredibly difficult, especially if you take your dosage later on in the day. Being reliant on your meds may become an issue in the future. Mood swings at time, for instance I'll have a relatively positive mood, then a switch of depression/FOMO after the meds wear of, like losing a sense of purpose, this may be based on my experience's alone. Overall, I HIGHLY ENCOURAGE, everyone who think's they may have ADHD to follow up on a diagnosis, there is a ton of misconceptions surrounding medication, therapy etc and most of it is utter bullshit. Mental health can be the one thing holding you back from self improvement and greatness.
That's great to hear! I hope it stays good for you!
Dexamfetamine, uk spelling.. Are you from the UK? It seem like dextroamphetamine is hard to get here at least in the immediate release form due to over exaggerated addiction concerns vs the extended version. Where did you go to get it prescribed if you're in the uk? Just want to know because I'm not responding to methylphenidate that well and can't tolerate extended release stimulants. Cheers in advance
@@Tedmason897 Hey Rory, yes UK here. I went to my local GP told them that I most likely had ADHD, told them I was spiralling out of control, depressed etc. I also told them this is most likely the case because several family members of mine have ADHD or some other form of mental health illness. Told them common signs such as hyperactivity, fidgety, impulsivity etc. They first tried a Thyroid test, obviously this did nothing. They then referred me to a ADHD clinic, this was early Covid time probably 2019 December, I was on a waiting list for about 6-7 months, spoke to a lady who took a few questions then another 6 weeks of waiting. So around August 2020, I think I finally had my first appointment with my psychiatrist, over the phone as this was peak Covid. I finally got diagnosed that day and the rest of the story you know on this comment for the medication part. Good luck and I hope this helps
