@@nightmaregizmo Back in the sixties, one of the local paper boys delivered on a scooter that looked like a Cushman. Pretty soon he was riding a four cylinder motorcycle and working in a bank. He drew the finest chicks in my class on the Cushman. It would be mind blowing to see what he had riding behind him on the motorcycle.

for repair of the block hands down " How to Rebuild Cast Iron Engine Overhaul Manual by Jim Frederick " best book for the motor and you can go to dennis-carpenter.com for service manual i got one off ebay years ago but there not lot of info in other then specs like torquing nuts and bolts but for diagnoses not very good help there in that book / service manual everything i learned lol hands on or university of youtube

for repair of the block hands down " How to Rebuild Cast Iron Engine Overhaul Manual by Jim Frederick " best book for the motor and you can go to dennis-carpenter.com for a general over all book. really the rest of the bike not a hole lot ya need but the motor Jim Frederick <-- it has specs it is what i used to rebuild this one. not sure if you caught before i got this bike i had never seen or new they were around intill i seen that one. so i have work on some small motors before but same time i am also head mechanic were i work anyway good luck if you have ? please ask now mind you i have only work on the 57 if you a different bike lol just like you i would have to research to advise ya but hell ill give ya my best 10 cent ya ever had lol

good news soon i think it will be up for sale and i even made a trailer just for the cusman when it does come up i will post a video of it and will also post to face book but for now 8.16.24 im waiting for him the owner

i really enjoyed working on this project, then like i said we traded and here we are years later it had a problem, hes been a great friend it was no question to help him. He has help me a lot with the 72 chevy truck with his left over parts from his, it worked out best all around and thank you for watching and the input

hi great ? so not able to answer at moment sold bike 4 years ago and gave the manual to them but its all good i can still help... www.dennis-carpenter.com/cushmanhome i bought 80% from them also they have a great tech line you can talk to a real cushman tech they helped me for sure i hope this helps
