Drawing 1 makes a 18 card deck. If you don't hit a psychic it's a neg 1 and your deck size does not change. You are putting in a bad item in place of a better card that you could be drawing. That's why people don't use it.

Nothing in this set effects anything. It was a ploy to get you to use all your saved packs before the next actual set so you start spending more money.

Thankfully, it absolutely ate shit during Ursii’s tournament. It didn’t even make the top 32.

If this game becomes like Galaxy a Heroes it would be absolutely destroyed. I play Galaxy a Heroes for 5 years and spent money. That game became absolutely ridiculous to keep up with. If this game becomes like that even a little bit I will 100% stop playing and stop spending money.

Use 1x Salad instead of Tauros

I've had more wins with one chatot instead of tauros or mew. My deck is basically the 10 dark mons, 1 chatot, 2 pokeballs, 2 prof, 2 sabrina, 2 kogas, 1 leaf

I prefer running Salandit instead of Mew because it fits perfectly into this deck and counters the common Celebi decks

I don't have muk yet so I guess I'll just build this deck

I had a 26 turn battle against this koffing/scolipede deck using a grass deck. I had butterfree and venusaur being able to heal and stay in the battle. I won but it was a real slog because the opponent kept using koga, had the mew retreat card as well. So yeah it is very effective

I’ve started to play this deck recently.. My only problem, is I only have 1 leaf.. Damn wonder pick never gives me the Leaf.. 😅 Another problem is since this is a combo-ish type of deck, red card really messes things up when you need to use koga..

I've heard it pronounced "Maw While". Bisharp does have an evolved form (Kingambit) in the games, but we don't have a PTCGP card yet for him.

I love this deck, just don't feel like playing Mew in it, and since I have only one Venipede I just use Liepard as filler.

That's correct, you can retreat and Koga in the same turn.

It also seems like this deck is going to replace the Arbok deck. Ever since it came out I've seen no Arbok lists making the top cut. Kinda sad cuz i liked the Arbok deck 🥲

Currently I think tournament results put the Scolipede deck at about a tier 2 level. Not as good as Pikachu EX, Mewtwo EX , or Gyarados EX decks, but it can reliably make the top cut of tournaments. What I'm most surprised by is how Celebi EX has been heavily underperforming expectations. People expected it to be the next best deck, on the level of Mewtwo EX, but it hasn't been doing so well in tournaments lately.

Mewtwo and Gardevoir are the reasons why I have Zubat and Golbat on my electric team. Golbat can deal 40 base damage with one colourless energy, and an extra 20 to Psychic types. Gotta kill those Psychic types asap. I'm not even worried about Machamp or Dugtrio

I pulled the mew in my first pull and the nice celebi immersion art thingy around my 15th pack pull.

I don't think Mewtwo Ex is a big problem. It's maybe slightly better but it's not frustratingly unbeatable. There are multiple counters to it built into the game, and a lot more counters now that mythical island is out.

New ex is very weak to non ex pokemon which I mostly play still, but against ex or late game Mew is great. My nonex decks to fall consistently to Pikachu and Starmie ex due to their speed. Two Mewtwos with a consistent Gardevoir are strong. As long as you don’t take down both Gardevoirs early one ex will usually suffice as a sacrifice

Swap out Ex Speeds with Leaf.

Scolipede has just won a tournament, as has Gyarados. Both proved very consistent Also mew is better than baby mewtwo. Genome hacking deals with charizard and celebi and the lower retreat is worth it

Gyarados EX actually has a great matchup against Mewtwo EX. gyarados can 1 shot mewtwo if with chip damage but mewtwo can never one shot gyarados and has no way of sniping backrow. Mewtwo also usually can’t recover whereas at most gyarados just needs one extra energy to slap on to attack full power again

My luck is so bad that even using top 1 deck I lose😅

I have nearly a 80% win rate out of 20 matches with using double florges, double mew ex, 1 mewtwo ex. The rest are support cards

people are way too quick to complain and call things broken experiment, play test, adapt starmie ex can constantly out pace mewtwo same with ninetales/blaine

TBF Mewtwo is fun cause it's only viable deck without depending on RNG. I'm freaking tired of "flip a coin". Flip it on Misty, Marowak, Celebi, Execute, Ponyta. Fllip it right, flip it left. Mewtwo is cool cause there's 0 RNG except what you can draw and even this is deminished with mythic slab.

Sorry if I correct you, but starmie, articuno(with vaporeon) is stronger at the moment. The only one counter(pika) is gone, the winrate vs celebi and mewtwo is over 50% and there are no direct counters. If you start second you win, if you start first but you flip a head with a Misty you still win. The only way to lose is starting first and flip 2 tails, so it's once every 8-9 games more or less

You really care this much about a broken PVP system that has no relative value or affect on reality, or at least, shouldn't, because that is a very unhealthy way to go about existing? Here's what's gonna happen: Nothing. And then you'll give them more money. Because it's a cell phone game that lacks any sort of balance in PVP mechanics, and the sole reason it even exists is to prey on the souls of children and introduce them to the dopamine dump experience that is gambling addiction. If you play chatot In mewtwo ex, it's really busted. To have the ability to recycle your hand is crazy.

I understand the frustration but I do think it's too early to call for any kind of bans. Let the meta shift and see what comes out. If we see a huge shift to Celebi then sure we can look at changing it. I think the best fix could've been to make Celebi do only 40 damage per heads. 3 flips is 120+Gio would kill like most other EX. 50 is a bit high. As for Mewtwo, I think genetic apex 2 is definitely going to have way more steel and dark types provided it's going to be gen 2 Pokemon. So I'm fine seeing this for at least another month or two. But ye, no bans or anything yet. Let's see how the meta adapts.
