It's New Year's Eve in New Zealand.
I've been uploading to this channel for 5 years. Some content was recorded 7 years ago. I decided today, with starting a new year, that I would like to move on from uploading this channel.
I skimmed through my journey this past year plus vlogging under Bipolar Courage.
A big milestone for me this month was finishing nearly 6 years of therapy for post-traumatic stress disorder, PTSD. Still considered to have impairment from a mental injury but just doing the best I can.
In general, more people have been kind and supportive than cruel and nasty. Especially, as it takes courage to be vulnerable. Thanks to those who were encouraging.
I don't want to be defined by disabilities etc. I'm over the identity politics stuff.
I want to use what energy and capacity I have to focus on my creative interests, which I share under the banner of Soar Purpose. My other channel which I intend to exclusively focus on is @soarpurpose
