Grazie per il tuo video, il problema é che per avere l'ESTA devi dare un indirizzo di riferimento negli STati Uniti che puó essere anche l'albergo presso cui alloggi. Infatti ora la mia domanda é questa. Ho ottenuto l'ESTA ma ho dovuto cambiare l'hotel. Che devo fare? Va bene quello che giá mi hanno dato o devo cambiarlo? Andró a Washington il 6 settembre....

How was that $10 only? I missed that step. It's $9.25 just for the MetroCard and exit from the AirTrain. And then it's another charge on top of that for the LIRR.

Quanto costa il biglietto ?

Da viaggiatore e non da turista penso che le visite alle grandi città si siano trasformate in una corsa ansiogena con gente che a naso neanche si ferma a mangiare per non perdere tempo. Per New York ho allungato il soggiorno a otto giorni pieni con City Pass All da confermare. Ho stilato tutti i spostamenti per le 10 attrazioni partendo dalla 57 St-7 Av e M50 per il Museo Intrepid mi rendo conto, cosa che già avevo immaginato, trattasi di corse a tempo più che di vacanza, non oso immaginare chi ha soli 5 giorni pieni. Per non parlare del caldo, da siciliano conosco la sofferenza a muoversi per le strade ad oltre i 35 gradi. Sono in un lungo momento di riflessione. Secondo il mio personale pensiero il perdere qualche attrazione è la buona scusa per ritornarci. Personalmente sono un grande appassionato di storia quindi sono tipo che entra in un museo e non esce più, al Metropolitan Museum prevedo quasi una giornata intera, ultimamente mi hanno buttato fuori dal prado perchè non volevo uscirne :-) . Comunque i City Pass e similari sono sviluppati da modelli matematici che ti mostrano un risparmio che in effetti non esiste, chi vive nel commercio di queste alchimie, un grande esempio sono i famosi pacchetti bevande nelle crociere viluppati da menti finisssime. Caro Nicola ancora non ho compreso un concetto col Pass si procede direttamente all'ingresso ad ogni attrazione o bisogna passare dalle biglietterie per riscattare i biglietti per l'ingresso?

Il mio albergo è a due passi dalla Stazione 57 St-7 Av, quindi rigorosamente linea E, cade a pennello. Da notare che non poche persone regalano soldi alle macchinette facendo l'abbonamento all'Airtrain convinti che sia l'abbonamento alla SubWay. Quindi converrebbe prendere su internet solo il biglietto per la corona? Mentre per visitare i musei e muoversi con i traghetti a liberty ed Ellis Island basta comprare i i biglietti a Battery park. Giusto?

JFK to Manhattan March 5th 2024. SIMPLE. After spending best part of 2 hours in customs we were on our way. Having picked up bags we followed signs for Air Train to Jamaica Station. It’s a shuttle train goes every few minutes. You pay as you exit Air Train and into Jamaica Station. Cost $8.50, pay by just touching your credit card on barrier. Staff there to help. 20yds in front of you follow the large sign which says Long Island Rail Road, can’t miss it. Once you enter the LIRR there will be a ticket machine on your left. Again staff in red high viz will help you. Ticket from Jamaica to Penn Station, off peak only $5. Yes that is a total of $13.50 from JFK to Penn Station. You could catch a different train to Grand Central. We did the reverse on the 9th again $13.50. Time from catching Air Train to Penn Station, 30 minutes.

You should've seen it several months after 911...me and my gf parked blocks away...all of the adjacent buildings were heavily damaged and wrapped in fencing to stop falling debris..we both git suck from asbestosis.. she has MS..and I lost my thyroid...there was also a wonan sitting on a chair at 4 a.m. ..my gf was Jewish and told me it's called sitting Shiva...then we walked over to the church and cried at thousands of pictures of ppl missing... We didn't take pictures because it would've been disrespectful...we never regretted going... but could've been arrested.. which would've been terrible..what stucjed out the most from that period was the top of one of the smaller buildings laying around. You had to see it to believe it..
