Took me ages to figure out that at about 10:42 you pressed 't' to get the measurement of 0.1mm, to fix the alignment, instead of the measurement of 7mm. I'm only picking up on this as this guide is explicitly for absolute beginners, so you need to really verbalise every little step/keypress (or caption it) or we just end up replaying the same 15 seconds of video for literally 10 minutes trying to see what you did differently (but ofc, it isn't visible in the video, it happened on your desk 😅) - I think everything else in the video was better explained though, it is a shame that your computer seems to lag a lot as it made it a little harder to follow but I got there eventually!

I'm a beginner in solid edge. sometimes I think that sequential mode is easier than synchronous. how can I change the extrusion of the slanted part. So, e.g. I didn't choose "through next", but I already confirmed everything with OK. Do I have to completely redraw the slanted part? Unfortunately I can't find any documentation about it. This is easier in sequential mode. thanks in advance for your help

When I try to copy the pattern around the object it only copies the hole R 2.5 hole and not the R7 round. For some reason when I closed the file and reopened then I was able to pattern the entire feature. Does this sound like a Solid Edge glitch or an issue with my settings?

Thank you for reaching out. What happened with you is not unusual, and here are my recommendations. First, keep saving your work, Second, microsoft windows control the max. Internal memory dedicated for each software, try to maximize your internal memory dedicated to your software. Third, before running the program, restart the computer to clear the used memory. I believe that you will not experience that in the future.
