I’m surprised no one has mentioned it but Chernovs voiceover in the opening of Downfall will be different depending on your actions throughout Dimitri’s campaign. You’ll get the bad one if you kill everyone at every option you have to. The good one if you chose not to. And the mixed opinions one if you both kill and spare.

Every weapon has an effective range, which is where the reticle changes color. When it stays blue, your more likely to miss your shots. Automatic weapons and small arms generally fall short at range, which is where the BR and carbine shine

still get goosebumps watching this. I was there. Opening night, midnight launch, with a bunch of friends who I played with for years. Both those times and those friends are very distant now, but man, this game brought us together in a way that could never be achieved otherwise. Thank you, Bungie. A true golden era of gaming.

cool fact, the reason why Halo Believe museum felt so real was they had REAL Veterans portray their roles for that series, the ptsd is fairly close to what was real on how it's explained (my grandpa used to short end stories) but thank you for your reaction to this! I remember waiting for all this to come out. This is Golden age of halo. 1,2 and 3 are my go to games when I want something to play. Nothing since has come close. They built the whole world. The earth was at stake. And they built the whole feeling.

There has never been a game to hit me as hard as being 11 years old and stepping onto halo for the first time in mission 2 of halo ce. The game was just so revolutionary and powerful. If you haven't play the series I highly recommend.

Halo 3’s marketing was and still is to this very day the most successful marketing in video game history. No other video game franchise has ever come close to the success of Halo 3’s marketing campaign. What’s really interesting is it wasn’t just Halo 3 either. ODST’s and Reach’s marketing were right behind Halo 3’s as they were also very successful. That also means Halo as a whole franchise still holds the #1 spot with the most successful marketing campaigns in the entire industry. The Bungie era of Halo was truly unique and phenomenal as they as a Game Dev company we’re not afraid to show not only their fans, but the entire world that they truly cared about this franchise so much.

What days you play halo 3?

I think the beauty of it is that we all knew inherently that humanity couldn't lose the war. That would be an unsatisfying end, and so many games/movies fall into the trap of making that the stakes. We know humanity won't lose, but, while a legendary warrior, Master Chief is just a man and could die. Hence posing all of this as a memorial to him. We didn't know what would happen to John, and that was the real pull of the story.

I will always remember the events happen during WW2 when Germany invades Poland, Norway, Denmark, France, Belgium, Netherlands. Pacific war also happen too when Japan invades Korea, Northern China, Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Myanmar, Laos, Vietnam. Some battles happens like Battle of Stalingrad, Siege of Lenigrad, Battle Of Moscow, Battle Of Iwo Jima, Battle Of Okinawa, Battle Of Seelow and Battle Of Berlin. When this Battle Of Berlin happens in April 1945, Germany had no chance because their defence of soliders is total of 85,000 while the Soviet invaders have a 2.5 million. And thats why Germany got defeated
