*It has always been the company profile to start with an expensive car and work down to an affordable car, using the higher profit margins on an expensive car finances the initial company growth needed, for example the CYBER TRUCK is expensive with high profit margins that essentially pays for the development costs for the 48Vdc system and other tech it carries, steer by wire etc.*

@@adamtech999 *Don't waste your time, the amount of electricity needed to electrolyze water into hydrogen & Oxygen then compress the hydrogen, lose 1/3 in leaks as it's the smallest molecule on the periodic table means it's far better to use that electricity to charge a battery and run an electric motor, far safer also, hydrogen explodes, more so than gasoline.*

As I know so far, beside China, Tesla is considering some other countries to build their factory there, such as Mexico and India. So if the situation gets worse, Elon may change Juniper manufacturing plans to other countries' factories.

(rightfully so) Personally , "New Auto Projects" can't happen fast enough ! [ Robtaxy , model 2 , 'refreses' , Simi , vans , etc ... ] Also , i feel new factories at this time , is a distraction ! Keep it at home ! Keep the Jobs in the USA !

@@adamtech999 As French people, we especially expect the juniper to be a better turning radius because our roads are smaller than those of the United States. I personally also expect to be able to connect my phone while driving with the « car play » feature)

@@adamtech999 I like Tesla’s innovation and technology but they are so plain looking, especially the interior, no style whatsoever. Most models only offer a white or black interior, that’s awful. I’m a car guy, I look for something that will pop and make the car stand out, especially when it cost this much money. Tesla does finally have a nice red exterior color, all it needs now is a two tone tan interior.

Thanks for your sharing! Maybe Tesla aims for simple and basic interior so it can suite many customers' daily need. If you want your Tesla to be more stand out, I recommend you contact a 3rd party to do that for you

@@adamtech999 Yes I certainly understand that, but the cost would be more than five thousand dollars. How hard would it be to add more color choices at the factory? I’m just not a fan of all black interior and all white is not serviceable.

@@adamtech999 Lol!! See that's the thing. I have been waiting 3 years now. Ever since i decided to upgrade from a range of 408 miles with my Buick Lacrosse hybrid. With no luck in finding any EV that was greater in range, i brought my jaguar XJl which was able to provide me with the upgrades i needed. 3 and a half years later at this time, im still waiting. I remember when the good people at Tesla in Philadelphia Pennsylvania told me quote, "Have patience because that day is coming." Sofar, nothing and the only real improvements in shorter downtimes for charging and longer ranges are found in EVs made in china. But unfortunately not available in the United States. So i will continue to wait with patients...
