Congrats on your 1st convention. You guys actually did really good at a 2 day con like that. I been doing this for a while but we never tried pressing the shirt at the spot like you yet. This was actually our plan for the next year to start doing that. This helps reduce the restock and left over inventory shirt that didn’t sell a whole lot. I wonder what did you guys do to show the customer all of your design? Did you print them out and let them selected? Did you only pick a few like 10 to try out? We have so many design so If we started doing this. The biggest challenge will be being able to display them all for customer to pick and choose.

The designs were ours. Most anime IP owners don't mind. They look at it as free publicity since they don't sell merch. Just stay away from franchises whose US rights are owned by US companies.

We brought 20 of our best selling designs and made samples that we hung on racks and on the display.
