I do jokes daily on my channel I have over 1K subscribers but only get an average of 5-10 regulars to do anything for my content. I have tried tweaking Thumbs, the settings, etc nothing seems to get the algorithm. What am I doing wrong?? Thanks!!

The only problem with directing us to only one video at the end, is that if we already watched that video, we're out of here. Maybe say "This is the video to help you with titles, and if you watched it already, TH-cam thinks you'll LOVE this one" The TH-cam recommended one will never be one that the viewer has seen before.

I always watch your full videos, but I watch them at 2X speed because it always takes you a long time to get to the point or provide the info you promise. Would you rather have a 4 minute video that people can't stop watching and can't watch at 2X speed because it's so packed with value or and 8 minute video that people are watching at 2X speed because you bury the lead and drag things out? Well, I already know your answer haha.

So far, as a raw rookie in a weak niche, I am enjoying sharing with other likeminded folks. It is difficult to gauge my success, but I get decent views with good comments. I have learned a lot from you and will continue to have fun on my first channel, but I am going to start another channel in a niche that I am better at and can truly help others with my life experience, and proven methods. I don't have lofty monetization goals but plan on achieving my intermediate ones and keep working the program until I create new milestones to achieve. TY for the pep talk.

I've just had a bowl of cornflakes

At first I started my channel because ive always wanted to express myself whether thats music or videos or whatever. And using modded minecraft to just chill and let go and share that with others. But quickly it became too much as my first video blew up and I didnt feel like I could 1up every video and i burned out. The past few months have been good though creative wise and everything that comes is a plus because my channel had died so gives me some space and time to figure things out.

I do my channel for inspiration. If it grows GREAT if it doesn't that isn't the goal. I just want to engage folks in 20 mins of connecting to the relaxing and unwinding the brain for a few minutes with art. I've only been on for a month, all organic and already have 21 subscribers and over 50 watch hours so far. Going to keep going just to do it.

I do it to help people and have a creative outlet. It's not about the money. I am on TH-cam because my blog subscribers said they prefer videos. It has never been about money. And I'm not out here spending crazy amounts of money to build a TH-cam channel in the hopes of becoming a 'personality'.

I remember life before the Internet... If I made a video and say, 10 people turned up to watch it. I would of been very happy.
