We went to Florence Italy on 4th of july, 2024. We have ordered Florentine Steak and what a waste of money. Cost us $95 for a plate. i will take Prime Rib over Florentine Steak any days.Cheaper and tastier and better ingredients than Florentine Steak.

It's funny that you order cappuccino at any time of the day makes me laugh a lot. In Italy there is this taboo that you shouldn't order after breakfast (but obviously no one will tell you anything, 2 you're a tourist and therefore they do everything to please you and then everyone does what they want). I'm watching all your videos, and they are all beautiful. I wish you all the best and hope there will be more videos from other places and countries soon.

NYC vs Naples no vs italy. just move from Naples to have different types of pizza depending on your tastes. by the slice, high and full of cheese, pinsa, in short you just need to go to any city in Italy other than Naples. Anyway it's your taste and your opinion

I agree with V I Pizza but their claim to fame are the square slices...Vaccaros on Little neck Parkway is excellent so is Gina pizza located at the big 6's on Queens Blvd

Weight and price? Hashed out for Peak Design's aluminum one, and while the overall design is spectacular, the weight prevents me from wanting to take it many places, so I sold it. In the market for a new one. Currently looking at the Smallrig AP-02 and/or Oben CTT-1000L

I would definitely add a thyme and a little bit of rosemary to the mushrooms, sautéing them and adding them in the end. Cooking the mushrooms with your risotto makes them unnecessarily slimy in texture.

Watched this video and ate at Osteria Del Binari and Osteria Da Fortunata and looked for Luini. Luini - spot on! Really good and satisfying. Del Binari - I ordered the osso buco, the risoto was not cooked well, some of the rice have some pieces that are still hard and not fully cooked. The meat was tender and good. Osteria Da Fortunata - unfortunately is a big disappointment for me. I ordered the strozzapeti carbonara... the pasta was too firm, sauce was salty... maybe it's an acquired taste? But unfortunately not for me.

Rule number one: in Italy is considered impolite to make noise while we eat...
