I am so so happy I found your channel. I think we think very similarly and I'm greatly enjoying that. What's the French film you mentioned near the end?
One of the realisations that this video reinforced in me is how im tired of repetitive arguments, my life and so many people in this world are so fixateted in their mindset and they force you down this drain of making the same points or asking the same questions over and over again and im so tired of it, experiencing creative thoughts also expressing them is a growth mindset, a way of a curious eye, i have some friends i can have this with but life keeps us far apart so it isnt as often as id like, my family my friends and just society in general continuously expect me to show up as the same person and its tiring, reading and writing help ofcourse, when talking to my chatgpt i realise how much potential my conversations have if only met with an equal curiosity, yk?
I love how you think about things your very intelligent Loving the vids please keep making ❤️❤️
Thank you for making this video. As you predicted, I ended up at this one having started at your pacing video. Looks like it’ll probably be an ongoing process for both of us!
You have made something wonderful and poetic out of this awful experience. I admire you 🙏
have u read the idiot by elif batuman? bc some of the way u were talking about ur intellectual life / ur passion and enthusiasm in sharing cultural responses with ur friends rly made me think of it tbh - there’s this bit which is about how u talk about some intellectual obsession u have that’s like about a painting or something & u share ur thoughts + knowledge about it with ur friends as a way to talk about ur emotional life & I rly liked that :) ❤❤
anyway shoutout to holloway road lol I miss u
also this isn’t super related but do u feel like ur experience of the artists way has stayed with u? I am a dork who would b rly interested to hear ur reflections on it now it’s been like … idk a yr or maybe ? two ?
I love your intro, the storytelling is so dreamy!!!! love your brain and the way you speak <3
GREAT🙂🙂
this is exactly the type of people who are increasing the housing crisis in barcelona and forcing the locals out of the city :/
I love your videos so much. 🩵💙🩵💙
Omg thank you so so much for saying this ❤️ it really means the world to me !
💔
My feeling this week exactly
"I know that this isn't a satisfying video..maybe" - on the contrary. It's so good to hear from you again and this video is ideal! From everything I have been learning about recovery & improvement stories, all of the things you have mentioned align perfectly. And it is messy and never a straight line, so to hear what you did over the past while is invaluable and confidence boosting, hopeful, and inspiring!
omg thank you so so much for this comment ! it means the world, recovery really is so nuanced and I find it so hard to articulate how it's going and all of the different factors so I'm so glad that it was helpful to you and that it aligns with other things you're hearing. I wish you all the luck in your recovery <3
So great to watch you again after a few years. Both of us are in different places. My me/cfs was very bad at the time. And now I'm starting to do a lot better and going out socialising again, walking further, as well as doing other more normal stuff too with greater ease. Go us 👏👏, and long may it continue. And funny you say about your family link, my mum has it too and she has never got completely rid of it either but manages it
You look amazing btw!
Also, is there any chance that you could put a link for this veggie PA stuff and some more info about the dosage you were initially on etc
@@mattrobinson3947 thank you <3
thank you for your comment <3 i'm glad you're doing better. go us ! soo interesting to hear you're family has it too, i never hear people talking about a genetic component but it makes sense. thank you for being here and for goign on this journey together I am so grateful for all your comments and support <3
@@mattrobinson3947 It's Veg EPA and i took two capsules three times a day at first [so sex daily in total] but obviously different dosages work for different bodies.
I have wondered how you are doing, I subscribed to you a few years ago after searching here for others with me/cfs. I have had me/cfs for over a decade and I am recovering well using nervous system techniques and some other things! Congratulations on your progress, wishing you continued success with health and all other endeavors too.
thank you for your comment [also I love your username? obsessed with witches]. thank you for your congratulations, I hope you continue to heal too <3
This update video was reallly great to hear by the way- thank you for the video
Living alone is good for my health because there’s less stimulation and I sleep significantly better. Thankfully we have a big place so we spend a lot of time quietly or in different rooms - I will always need to have as many bedrooms as people I live with or more so I can always manage to be alone and quiet
yessss this makes so much sense glad I'm not alone in this
Super interesting video, am grateful for the update. Recovery is /so/ nuanced but stories like this give me hope. ty and well wishes <3
yay I'm so happy this video was helpful for you <3 thank you for your kind comment <3
it feels so inspiring you're able to pursue your creative passions and record and talk us through what you have been battling chronically ! i have two autoimmune disorders and it just feels like my life has to stop bc of it sometimes but the feeling of being on "pause" doesn't have to be forever! excited for your barcelona life and sending healing energy your way 🤍
thank you so so much it is so lovely to hear this <3 I'm also so inspired by your work so this comment is delightful. I'm so sorry to hear you're also battling autoimmune disorders, that feeling of being on pause can be so frustrating and scary. Wishing you so much love <3
Have been watching your channel for a few years, I remember your very helpful ME/CFS pacing video at the time. The phrase seeking 'small dreams' stuck with me. I have ME/CFS well. You might be interested in my channel which talks about the research. Hope you can continue to improve.
Been watching your videos for years, I have CFS too and recently got the visible app which measures heart rate variability, I'm finding the connection between the heart and CFS very interesting. I'm glad to hear you are moving towards feeling better.
ooh intersting I might look into that app. Thank you for your comment !
More £££/$$$ Needs raising for CFS/ME/FMA Cures!!... :)
Couldn’t agree more 💕
Did it get deleted?
yes I very foolishly/accidentally put copywrite-d music in it so it was blocked. But I'm on a good schedule at the moment so there will be more videos consistently coming soon on these topics if you are interested <3
This left me feeling calm and cozy thank you 🙏🏼
thank you so much for commenting it made me smile <3
This video deserves millions of views ❤so poetic and beautiful
@@xinyihu9801 omg thank you so much, such a lovely thing to say! ❤️ I’m glad you liked it 🥰
I shared this with my daughter who also loves Paris❤ love the scenes of the cafes and the French 🎵🎶 musique in the background. So true how inconsistency is common at age 21 when one is trying to find themselves! This is an age befoe eyiir kufe takes flight! Such a wonderful time of freedom to be who you want to be! I remember this age with fondness! 😊❤ Love your musings and your ability to articulate your thoughts. Excellent writing young lady❤😊
@@lisabyl3240 thank you so much for this comment ❤️ it was so kind of you to write this and made my day 💕
Love this ❤ J'aime Paris❤ very thoughtful thoughts 😊 Merci beaucoup. Thanks for sharing yori insights.
oh my goodness losing access to my documents is my absolute worst nightmare.... feeling a lot for you about that. But also it's amazing to hear your thoughts about it after the cataclysm - I see exactly what you mean about how it's a wake up call to live out loud - "I have to carry my soul in my body now" is SUCH a good way to put it. The google drive IS a daemon, or a horcrux or a secret mirror to gaze upon the version of our most authentic past selves... but also I'm having deeper thoughts about how (even if it's beautiful) it can be limiting if we comfort ourselves with it but don't move it out into the world... or if it's an excuse to not share that piece of soul with the people in front of us bc we know we've always got it in our back pocket. lol getting into the royal "we" here, but this resonated IMMENSELY with my own relationship with my own hidden writing and authentic hidden voice and questions of anonymity vs. being perceived that I've been having lately. As always you put it all so well. Also I love the fashion tie-in and YES that makes perfect sense and here's to tapping into the energies of all our past selves through the clothes and memories attached to those clothes, literally everything is full of dust and magic ;)
@@MG-zd2ep wow thank you so so much for this comment it means the world that you are such a kindred spirit in this regard and that you took the time to share all of this with me 🥰 I think so much of my journey this year will involve trying to gently coax that hidden voice intimate voice into my more public self. I think a lot about this Deborah Levy quote: “to speak our life as we feel it is a risk we mostly choose not to take”. I think in my most private journals I have come close to speaking my life as I actually feel it, without worrying if a reader might find it incomprehensible. I think the courage to speak my life as I feel it not just in my writing but in my every word and action is something I want to work towards 💕 anyway I’m so glad you’re here and I would love to read your work if you are in a similar journey of letting that voice be read and heard ✨
i gasped out loud when u tlked about loosing the documents !! im sorry :( u have a lot of rly incredible clothes !
thank u !!! yes mercury retrograded a little too hard with that one. I'm telling myself everyone needs a Hemingway suitcase moment, it will just make my lore even better
@@MOONBATHING98 so tru\!!! & hemingway sucks so ur lore & writing is already sm better!!
I’m sorry you lost all your documents - being transported by your own words is an amazing thing and you’re a beautiful writer
@@caseyj9 thank you ❤️❤️ it’s ok I’m really embracing the fresh start now and I’m glad it’s woken me up so much ✨
You look good in everything, how could you ever decide?!?
omg you're too kind <3
The vibe💗
you get it !
lets goooo <3 <3
hahaha thank you for being here !! we are SO back !
Hello again! Your last bit, being in your 20s is “a time for experimenting”- with the right mindset that’s the whole thing. I find it is even more pleasurable as we age because we have learned to let go of the youthful judging. I hope for that for you!
yes yes yes love this ! i hope that for me too <3
missed you dude!! glad to see you back and having fun :~) I 100% have to go read A Spy in the House of Love, wtf that was beautiful
I missed you too!! you must read it, it's so hypnotic !
so glad you’re making videos again!!!
Hi Feargha! ❤
ahhhh hello!
the body is a cop comment made me laugh sm !!! seeing the body as friend and not monster i think can be rly hard in the context of being sick.... moonbathing sounds like a lovely life philosophy ! i feel like ur so interested in form [forms of life / youtube / health / creativity] !! sooo lovely to see u back here :) i feellike my comment does not do justice to the interestingness & depth of ur thoughts shared in this video but alas !!! that is life i guess lol also i am so sorry u got pneumonia !! am happy to hear abt ur health being a bit better beside that tho ! <3 xxxx
thank u for ur comment buddy!!! yeah i fear i may think about form too much but its definitely like the lens through which I view everything, feeling VERY seen by that observation.
The bit about the body keeps the score is so fucking real, that book gives me so much anxiety
omg i really thought I was alone in this
Oh my goodness I literally googled you this week to find out where you were at
We miss you on here ❤
