I'm an Optivisor guy, but these look like a good option.

I just picked up mine today. It's MASSIVE. This isn't a standard D&D sized dragon turtle. Think 3.5 advanced to gargantuan sized. I'm going to add weights in the base and under a 4" round.

I have a pair from Amazon, not sure of the brand. They look like a mad scientist's lab goggles. Built in leds and 4 or five lenses to swap out. I had perfect vision until I hit 40 and I'm now 13 years beyond that. I'll be looking at the magnifying glasses you showed. They look far more comfortable.

Right there with you on the large wizkids minis being much better than the small ones. When I'm prepping and painting the small ones, I get the feeling that the manufacturer hates painters. I've painted the umber hulk, blue slaad, and I'm working on the ogre and owlbear. The big ones are much much better. Some of the very lovely small ones would be best sold unassembled, particularly the female firbolg druids. Have you ever painted any minis from Misty Mountain Gaming? I recommend them highly. Just finished one of their owlbears and I could not find a single blemish to clean beforehand. They seem to be hollow resin but are beautiful If perhaps fragile. They also have amazing customer service.

This will be outstanding! I cant wait to see the Hobbit lake.

I love all your painting videos. I just wish you would do more of what you used to do, and that is show the whole painting video instead of skipping parts and moving a head. As someone who is trying to learn to get better at painting miniatures it would be nice to see the whole process like your earlier videos. I know that some were long but very educational. Like I said, I still love your videos just wish you showed more.
