Greens Blend and a multivitamin has served me well. Gave a sachet of AG1 from ebay a try and barely managed a mouthful, it's sickly and too strongly scented - more banana than pineapple, lots of stevia. Just gross.

One last thing mentioned about probiotics (by Huberman) is that the only effective ones are REFRIGERATED. This can also be said for other beneficial gut supporting (fermented) food such as saurkraut/pickles...those that are most beneficial are the ones that should be refrigerated.

This video would be better with a comprehensive before and after of how using the product effected you personally. Maybe even bloodwork to see if it increased any of your vitamin levels. More anylytical with substantiated results. Seems like this video is just click-bait for people who are thinking about trying AG1 and then the majority of the video is about why it's too expensive for you. This was zero percent helpful.

I take a lot of dietary supplements (around 10 capsules/tablets daily) which add up to about £10 a day. I added AG1 to my daily routine last week; the main thing that puts me off is the taste. It smells and tastes awful and makes me gag every time. I'm lactose intolerant and I've tried blending it in soy milk, oat milk, fruit juice, etc. It still smells very fishy and garlic when I have it near my nose. And still tastes like a raw egg blended drink. I had to give it away to a friend who doesn't mind the smell/taste.

The only way to test it is to buy and make your own by 1 g of CBD isolate and mix it with some type of oil whether it be olive oil or coconut oil half a gram of the isolate in a 30 mil bottle will give you the best results I do make my own and it works very well. Enter cost will be under $10 plus shipping wherever you buy it from.

Aside from the price, there is no way you are getting the mg amounts shown to be efficacious in studies. Not even close whereas if you bought it all separately you would have far higher mg amounts of each. AG1 has been ripping people off and using product lines to virtue signal without much substance.

I started taking AG1 basically because I am a life long endurance athlete who has worked out my entire adult life and is very busy. As I hit 50, it became clear to me that nutrition had to become a larger part of my lifestyle. My body was taking longer to recover, getting injured more often, and I found my gut health wasn't as top notch as it used to be. After being on it for about a month I have noticed a great improvement in a few areas. 1. Gut health. There's no other way to say it other than I have been laying down hall of fame since being on AG1. My gut feels clean and my shits are the perfect fibrous consistency and come out completely clean. 2. Inflammation. I have noticed a lessening of recovery pain and soreness. 3. Energy I have noticed a much better energy level and motivation to do both my workouts and my basement/workshop projects in the same night where I had gotten into an either/or situation. Now, I see a lot of reviews out there that talk about how you could do better by doing this or that or combining this or cheaper to cook that....but let's be honest..I'm not doing all that. AG1 is easy, fast, and tastes not bad. Now if you are comparing other microgreen drinks and want to know which is better...I don't think there is a right answer. I think it's different for different people and AG1 is the ONLY one I've tried. So I will just say if you are doing nothing now, and start AG1 I think you will find a nice improvement. Keep in mind this is from the perspective of an older(52) but very active lifelong endurance athlete with the aches and pains that come with all that. If you are a 23 year old you probably won't notice a difference at all. At that age, my body could withstand anything with no pain on whatever I put into my body. And, so long as we're being "brutally honest", I don't take nutrition or performance advice from dudes who've clearly never put their body under any physical distress.
