Meanwhile, Western Samoa has hydroelectric and biomass and is almost energy independent. The difference between NZ leadership and US leadership. Also Samoa getsore support and more access to NZ than American Samoans get from US Samoa. Samoa also gets support from Australia. Feel sad for Hawaii too after the fires. $700 per family one off. Jobs gone, still have mortgage and no infruststructure. They will loose their homes, fathers or mothers will need to find work elsewhere. Or sell up. That's was the plan.
