This channel is for your project needs while working on metric cruiser and touring motorcycles. I structure my videos around beginners and some videos are very in depth and may have information you do not require. A service manual is great, but if you are new to working on motorcycles, visuals can be of use. Many of the methods on this channel are DIY, use discretion. Constructive criticism is welcome, negative or stupid comments are not. I'm very aware my content is not everyone's cup of tea and I don't care, I'm here to help others through instruction, not to make entertainment.

Kawasaki Vulcan 800 Spark Plug Replacement/Tank Removal
มุมมอง 17K7 ปีที่แล้ว
A really quick shitty video on how to replace the spark plugs on the vulcan 800. It's not actually as quick as one might think due to the plugs being mounted on top of the engine and with a very deep hole to reach them. This video also shows fuel tank removal.
Kawasaki Vulcan 800 Horn Replacement
มุมมอง 2.1K7 ปีที่แล้ว
A quick video today. We get drunk and swap out the horn on the Vulcan. No more dead cat noises!
VT1100C2 after Carb Rejet
มุมมอง 3647 ปีที่แล้ว
So its a few days after Laconia, Club had a blast this year as usual. Time to get back into the swing of things, all kinds of shit fell apart on this bike. This bike was running lean and had issues cold starting since its running cobra pipes. Low and behold nobody ever rejetted or tuned it properly, so we decided to. If you guys want to see a basic video on how to do this I'll try getting aroun...

Fork Fundamentals and Rebuild Part 1
มุมมอง 4.2K7 ปีที่แล้ว
Today as promised, I'm doing a generic fork rebuild video. Part 1 will discuss the fundamentals of fork components and how to take a fork apart. Part 2 will show the rebuild and explanation. For demonstration purposes we are using a standard type 41mm showa fork out of a Harley. If you'd like to learn about the common practice of fork seal replacement and fork rebuild, this is the video to watch.

LS650 Top End Engine Rebuild Pt 2: Cam Shaft Removal
มุมมอง 20K7 ปีที่แล้ว
Hey guys, continuing to post the old video content of the suzuki savage engine rebuild. In this video we remove the cam shaft. Thinking soon about doing a generic fork seal replacement video soon, and we might be working on a stinky old yamaha soon.
LS650 Top End Engine Rebuild Pt 1: Valve Cover Removal
มุมมอง 29K7 ปีที่แล้ว
I'm starting to edit and upload old video shot on the suzuki savage top end engine rebuild. As we came to find when we started the project, a busted cam chain tensioner ground up and dropped into the oil, ruining the piston and cylinder, and damaging surfaces such as the cam journals. This is old video that was shot poorly so I apologize as to how terrible it really is, but unfortunately I can'...
Vulcan 800 clutch cable and idle speed adjustment
มุมมอง 49K7 ปีที่แล้ว
A quick explanation of how to adjust the clutch cable and idle speed on the Kawasaki vulcan 800. Keeping your bike tuned to the correct settings can help parts last longer and help you stay out enjoying the road.
Pressing wheel bearings without special tools
มุมมอง 3K7 ปีที่แล้ว
A video I made a long time ago I thought I would put out. You can press in new wheel bearings using the old ones, though its not recommended. You might be able to remove rear wheel bearings with simple tools, but pulling bearings on a front wheel requires I specialized bearing puller. A proper method uses a puller for removal, and using a die or race set for pressing in wheel bearings.
2/24 Channel Update

Hey guys, its been a while. I got pretty far away from working on bikes and making videos this winter due to some personal reasons, but I'm back now. There are tons of new projects coming up and a lot more videos to be edited and shot. More satisfying, I will have some access to a decent camera and sometimes a film/lighting/editing individual helping out. Here is a quick unedited look at some t...
Vulcan 800 Front Turn Signal Replacement
มุมมอง 15K7 ปีที่แล้ว
Today we will replace the turn signals on the Vulcan 800A. This process is similar across most vulcan 800's, however the classic edition requires removing the upper fork covers or spending much time trying to mount the new units. Also, we will briefly discuss an issue with the turn signal relay.

Motorcycle Tire Removal (Without tire spoons)
Hey man thanks for the video you're the best. Just one question, what was the part that you were draining oil from at 6:25 in the video?
If it’s tubeless why did you put a tube in im absolutely lost
So the one thing you forgot to illustrate was the #1 most important thing of the entire process. Thanks. Naw!!!! I'm done .
Just did the brake pads on my 97 shadow and this video helped me a lot. Thank you for the upload.
Just did the brake pads on my 97 shadow and this video helped me a lot. Thank you for the upload.
Just want to say, thank you for this video! I got a Vulcan 800 as my first bike. Did a stupid when I put the kickstand down on uneven pavement and laid it over snapping the turn signal on one side. This video makes the project not look intimidating for a newbie. Much appreciated even in 2024. :)
Ive always been taught front brakes are main brake, rears are used with the front if you have to stop hard and faster. When i had my gsxr, i hardly ever touched my rears.
Cool idea, but I couldn't see shit...
Thanks for the video! Exactly what I needed
I only watched this to see how the retainer clip fit in, which wasn't shown. Everything else is self-explanatory and I already finished, doing a better job than what's in the video. When the video started with swearing (a red flag, probably indicating poor quality), I thought, here we go.
I’m hoping you still get the notifications of new comments and respond but is it recommended that you take the engine block off the body to do this or are you able to with it still attached?
The lighting sucked, could see nothing.
You absolutely suck. Please don't make any more videos you have no clue what you are doing. You don't show anything on what needs to happen Just incessant inane flapping of your lips
you have straight pipe so more air going out cant be fix by just adjusting idle screw lol you want to go on clip up on the needle and from there adjust then air screw and idle for the les lag on the throttle. as for the clutch you cant just adjust it but taking the lose off but by knowing if its too low on high on the handle then adjust it so its not too low or high on the handle after you taken the lose off lol .. good luck
Thanks for the info very thorough.
How much difference new one made. Mine rear shoe are almost same but they barely stop the bike.
Dude, edit your video down...
Dude, edit your video down...
What size tire did you use for the front? I need to replace my '96
If it is a vn 800 vulcan a 80/90-21 if it is a vn 800 classic a 80/90-16
Thank you for your video that was a big help I have the same kind of bike now I know how to change the oil and how to check the oil thank you young man God bless you
Thank you young man
What if you don't want the gas to come out of the tank?
hay you fool that was stupid your an ass
this is the worst video I've ever seen totally useless.
Thank you for the video Could you please explain how to replace the oil level wire coming out of the oil pan on a Suzuki savage 650 Mine being broken Thank you
Is that a clock next to your speedometer?
How much did it cost for the top end rebuild?
What’s the worse that can happen if you ride on bad forks? That have no type of shock resistance?
Thx brotha.. 🦾
This is useless! Cant see a thing in the video, so you can't even see what you're doing. Also your instructions are awful. Why dont you show how you took everything apart???
Worst video ever, you can't see anything
straightforward video, love it! Thanks 🙏
Worthless!very my o4 shadow looks nothing like this
can't see anything
How do you adjust
Just did my first oil change. Thanks for the video, had a laugh too!
I cant get the seat back on any help??
Thank you for sharing this worked for me well ❤
💥 S 💨 A 💨 V 💨 A 💨 G 💨 E 💥👍🏻☮️
Fork oil seal of suzuki s40 and ls400 is the same?
The lever that goes in the clutch basket, should it spring back and forth when no cable is attached? Mine doesnt.. when cable is on it I can get a quarter inch pull at lever but doesn't spring back.
Wow lol
Nothing more satisfying than fixing your own bike.
Anyone have a amazon link or something like that to buy these slasher i like the small size
This isn't nearly as common as people think, mainly happens on poorly maintained bikes run far too hot, too many times, or run over 85-88mph for extended trips. Eventually it happens to them all, but not common under 25k miles according to most forums. Replace the chain, and tensioner if worried, check every 10-12k miles(@3 oil changes. I use synth), it's easier than all this BS. You can't LOOK at a chain to see if it's worn, unless it's too late, use the control marks, or relative length bolt vs barrel, or count the 22 notches on the tensioner for rough safety est. It helps not to bog the bike down often, there's a lot of torque on these chains, and tensioner only goes 1 direction as chain wear happens in 1/1000th's"...not a cert mechanic, just worked on my own bikes my whole life, and put the effort in.
thank you for your help
i dont think ive ever had a how to translate the emotional feeling too, me and this man are pissed on the same level
Where the fuck is the screw in deph put your camera on the bolt as much as you can
