Black Desert: P2 Getting the Perfect Skills on Your T9 Cheaply (ex. Dine / Unicorn)
You should be able to get a near perfect Tier 9 Dream Horse by branding at level 1 and just using coupons when your horse fails to learn a skill and when it heads into the 20s where skill learning starts to slow down. If you are like me and don't want to spend much money, you can still get an amazing horse this way. In the first video we looked at the Pegasus / Arduanatt and in this video we look at the Unicorn / Dine. I managed to use less coupons this time around and found out some people have used as few as 3 with this method, yay!

Breed horses in Black Desert using the Breeding Market, or sell your male's breeds for money to other players. Tips: Your male and female do not have to be in the same stable. If you are lucky enough to have a courser parent, the foal has a 50% of starting with 2 skills. If both parents are coursers, the foal will always start with 2 skills.

Quick instructional video on how to use the pearl item "mount skill change coupon". In this case, I used a few coupons on an already leveled t8 horse hoping to get a courser. Update: It took 16 failstacks on S: Lateral Moving before the horse learned the skill and became a courser. Horses with fewer skills can cost even more.

Just blew a fat load of almost 900 mili on a Tier 8 horse which had all the neccasary skills for a tier 8 most were trained all the way except a few

Got my first t8 horse after fighting with horse farmer for 1 hour.
Will using a skill reset coupon effect the speed and break %s on your horse? Indeed to reset my skills to do this
7:26 ONE PERCENT CHANCE?! holy fk......................................... Then statistically speaking, you would need literally 100 tries in order to get the dream horse... Oh well, typical to such games. Everything needs to be a grind fest..... :( Nevertheless, thank you very much for the tutorial!!! One question though: can the T9 horses be bought from the marketplace? I haven't noticed them sadly.
they can be bought but theyre about 12 billion each

I know this video is 3 y.o. but maybe I'll get an answer "today". I have Tier 8 horse, color at 4:40 the black white one. he got 16 skills and i guess i used a skill delete or change coupon thing because i wanted him to be 2-seater. he's lvl 30 and has speed 151,0% accel 150,3% turn 144,4% and break 139,7% without gear... is this horse worth to invest getting him to cursor or should i keep breeding to get more tier 8 horses for maybe a better horse? because this one is my only tier 8... my bad luck in breeding keeps me stuck on tier 7...
So, that makes the black horse faster in my opinion.

How do you know if you have a courser ?
Where are these wolves for crystallized blood?
Does a horse have a better shot learning a new skill after training existing skills to 100%? Or can you do the training later after working out what skills to swap out?
Do I have to train existing skills to 100% before having a better chance at learning a new skill? -Or can I do all that later. I have a Tier 7/ 8 skills/ lvl 22 male that's really slow on learning but speed is incredible for that level at 145% But now I have to get a new skill every level up now. Is it slow learning because I haven't been training the 4 skills not at 100%? I was going to get to 30 and swap out what I don't want instead-Thanks anyone
My main horse is male tier 7 level 21 with 8 skills (used one skill reset to remove forcechop). Is it a smart horse or slow learner? Should I have more skills by now? (I even bought a premium appearance coupon at level 19). I'm also waiting to buy a female tier 7 to breed a tier 8.
i would never invest pearls into your horses, and if you do just do T8s that are only 1-2 skills away from courser
@@Chris3s Yeah it's okay it worked out perfectly anyway. Got all the best skills and none of the useless ones I would've just removed anyway. Speeds great and prefer the look of T7's over T8's. After, on a whim I levelled up 2x T5's to 30 and got my 1st T8, and I was just shooting for a T7
