Hey brother Vincent, We put a plastic bag over the end where the sound comes out. If it is raining hard we will try to keep it covered with plastic. But the TOA Bullhorns can handle moisture, but not a lot of water. Hope that helps. God Bless My brother!

Again,if you are in sin you are under the law. But if God gives you grace you are not under law because you have repented and are living in obedience. Grace is not a pass to sin,Grace is the power to overcome it.) John 8:7 So when they continued asking Him, He raised Himself up and said to them, “He who is without sin among you, let him throw a stone at her first.” (Christ knew these men who were accusing her were hypocrites. He wasn’t saying no one is without sin. He said, He is that without sin “among you”. And then He told her to go and sin no more.) Romans 7:15 For what I am doing, I do not understand. For what I will to do, that I do not practice; but what I hate, that I do. (Paul is teaching about the powerlessness of someone in the flesh. Paul says in Romans 7:5. For when we were in the flesh, the sinful passions which were aroused by the law were at work in our members to bear fruit to death. The rest of 7 is him explaining what it’s like when you are “in the flesh.” How can we prove it? Acts 23:1 “And Paul, earnestly beholding the council, said, Men and brethren, I have lived in all good conscience before God until this day.” The guy in Romans 7 was not in good conscience.)
