Yeah he want the clickbait. One can call out sin without insulting them. He is stating that particular person is going to Hell. They need to just say sinners and name the sins. Then say everyone needs repentance. Paul made it a point to make himself look worse than people he was talking to. That way they had no argument to say Paul looked down on them.
