Just had a dealer do this, along with a new clutch assembly and flywheel. Expensive. Unfortunately, the clutch pedal disengagement now requires the clutch pedal to be depressed almost all the way to the floor, and it engages almost immediately. Is the clutch pedal engagement position adjustable in any way, or is this a function of a new clutch pack assembly? Thanks!

Best to keep the cover of positive terminal in place until you disconnect the negative one, to prevent accidentally shorting with the wrench. Same goes when you connect the terminals to the battery.

I believe he did it backwards. Take the Hot off then the ground. Then put the Ground on then the Hot. The battery will always be grounded. 😂

Wrong about closing the door, either leave it open or roll down the driver's side window in case the vehicle is locked so you can get back into the vehicle.

Hi sir thanks so much for this video i will receive my new master cylinder in 2 day…I hope it just that i dont wsnt to cjange the slave cylinder…Since 1 week enter gesr was more and more harder to do…Today my clutch pedal died completely i was able to drive home some of my mecanic friend tell me slave cylinder and clutch are finished but more i read more i rly think and hope it only the CMC.

If you lose which cable is which you can follow them and the one leading to the starter is always the positive cable.

I disconnected the Battery on my 2006 Honda Accord. It ruined the Battery and erased all sorts data, I had to buy a new Battery, and get all sorts of electronics reprogrammed, it was a nightmare.
