    I have an impingement in my right shoulder, I keep doing all kinds of rotator cuff strengthening.
    But it has given me no results.
    I think this impingement is probably due poor back shoulder positions.
    In case if this is true, will these kind of exercises help me bring back all the upper and middle back shoulder muscles back into the position there are supposed to be and hopefully reducing the impingement ?

      And yes, As you told I have already consulted few sport physicians and completed the programs too. There will be sever pain in somewhere in upper part of the socket for first two overs and then I can Bowl even fifteen overs continuously.
      And if there is any gap in spells, the process of pain continues.
      How can over come this?
