Just like saitama, goku is basically raw strenght, scaling at low multiversal ap and durability and presumably infinite speed, witch coupled with his ultra instinct would make him untouchable and probably even stronger than Saitama, the real probleme Goku will have is that Saitama is showned to have an unlimited potential rising exponentially fast, meaning that if they where to fight, he would catchup really quickly, so even if he could theoratically get one shot by his opponent, Goku being Goku mean he will not go all out from the start and make the fight last for a longer for his entertainement wich will be his downfall.

I'd like to add onto this because when we saw in the official manga Saitama vs Cosmic Fear Garou, where we saw Saitama moving at about 2 billion times the speed of light then punch a hole in the entire universe, before his excitement caused him to instantly grow in power, the graph showing he grew about times 10 sextillion. After this power boost he basically demolished Garou who previously punched Saitama with all the energy in the entire universe which didn't even scratch Saitama. And he defeated Garou by being so powerful he was able to use a special technique to go back in time and punch Garou before it even happened. So yeah, its safe to say Saitama is the strongest character in anime, ever.

The manga is trash too. That's why the fuller sucks. Naruto was full of filler but it wasn't bad filler. Why? Because they had decent manga material to build their filler from. The world was fleshed out. Boruto manga is a mess and writers do not have good enough source material to build good filler.
