I pray the Holy Orthodox faith to spread in China and not American Protestantism. We have exported some bad stuff and have lost our way but we can return to our roots of the historic Christian faith which is in Holy Orthodoxy. ☦️

I think because of comments that all Orthodox Liturgies follow the same pattern (I am not speaking about Oriental Orthodox). I don’t speak Mandarin but I would pretty much know what is going on in the service especially when the Cherubic Hymn is sung because there is a great procession with chalice and bread (patten) down the middle isle to the altar. There are many beautiful Cherubic Hymns but this is the ONLY place they are sung. Nowhere else. Other songs and chants have their space in the Liturgy also. nice attempt, but the verbal langue is too wordy and too crude, there is a more elegant version of the lord's prayer trnaslated into medeval ancient Chinese that is more verbally beautiful than this version 我父在天， 願爾名聖，爾国臨格， 爾旨得成，在地若天。 所需之糧，今日賜我。 我免人負，求免我負。 俾勿我试，拯我出惡， 以國權榮，皆爾所有， 爰及世世，誠心所願。
