Just finished TRANSFORMED: Moving to the Product Operating Model.
My first impression? 🤩
I can't recommend the book enough. It's a must-read for every product leader and product manager.
I particularly loved the idea that anyone, not just top executives, can drive transformation by winning minds and hearts and influencing others.
But to me, TRANSFORMED is not just about transformation techniques.
The book presents new perspectives and outlines 20 product model first principles in a way I didn't find in INSPIRED and EMPOWERED.
It will help you make better decisions, judge new techniques, build better products, and enjoy your job as a PM.
A masterpiece for everyone who loves real product management.
